I ordered kenzo for sister birthday has not arrived, ordered 3 weeks ago.
No reply to emails or phone calls but have taken the money.
Will not use again but am going to report to local fraud squad

You have to put minimum one star - but actually I would give NO stars!
I placed an order for one item, No.11 Dolce Gabanna 100ml EDT.
It's now nearly end of September and no item received. I had one communication from them to say on 7th September my item was being processed... I'm still waiting and have had no further communication even though I have sent several angry emails to them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They may sell cheap products but the stress and theft of money is not worth the saving in cost.

I was really pleased to find an online perfume shop which at first glance, 'seemed' good value for money, especially with a discount code thrown in on HotUkDeals! Postage was a bit pricey at £5.99 but it was express 2/3 day delivery after all. BUT NOPE! Order placed on 8th, no sign of delivery by 13th so emailed to cancel order and request refund, as too late for gifts. Instead of cancelling, they quickly updated order to SHIPPED! Requested tracking details as paid for them, none received. Parcel arrived today, 16th! Too late for gifts, but ok arrived. Box left by courier was damaged! Contents inside box was damaged! Packaging around perfume indicated item had already been opened, contents rattled when picked up out of the box. On closer inspection the perfume dispenser itself was broken and the perfume box was stained and smelled stale. In my opinion this perfume was shipped already faulty as it would be impossible for this to happen even if the parcel box was damaged in transit, The parcel and contents are being returned via tracked delivery at my expense and I have raised a paypal dispute claim. I wish I had come across this website prior to placing my order 😢

I placed not on 6 September moneymen town to bank account to same day I am still waiting for my order I thought companies only took money once order been dispatched. Poor customer services I understand that some items may take longer than others but it would be polite to let people know I have sent you two emails and tried to phone and had no reply, please can you reply to email

Don't waste your time or money. Promised delivery dates come and go. Sell out of stock items, take your money and then who knows what. All I know is that my wife is still waiting for her birthday present as its been 'Preparation In Progress' for 8 days now. Would advise anyone considering using them not to!!!

If I had bothered to read reviews would never of placed an order. But because this company has taken money from my account before they shipped order I will be reporting them.

I think this company is a scam. I placed an order on 1 August, expecting dispatch within 24 hours. It is now 11 August and I have heard nothing. I have emailed several times and had no reply, despite threatening to publish a negative review. I have rung and the telephone is never answered. Do not ever buy anything from this company.

Very disappointed; used to have brilliant service from this website, but I placed an order in early July & have never received it, sent three emails; no response, can't get through on the phone, left a message on their Facebook page; nothing. They may deliver worldwide, but I only live in Kent!

This was a birthday present, it arrived in time, as stated. Priced well below the high street, easy website, would recommend this company.

This is not my first experience with this company and I ask myself 'why go back?'
For the few items that are available at a great discount, it is really not worth it for the shocking customer services and the hassle of returning the 'replacements' at my own cost when items are VERY OFTEN sold out! Why do they advertise as 'In stock' when they are clearly sold out? This is their way of getting customers to purchase certain items, then they replace them with very cheap and awful alternatives.
Nail colours you would never wear and beauty products in boxes that look like they have been in storage for years!

This is the most shocking company i have ever used. I have been trying to contact them for a week by email and calling customer service. I have had no luck with either. I have no idea where my order is as they have the incorrect address on the invoice and i can't get hold off them to change it to the correct address.

I ordered from this website on the 18th of June, and it's now the 28th of July and I have not received my items. I have emailed multiple times, and neither of those times have I received a reply. I have been given no information on the whereabouts of my order, the only information I have is that the status is "Preparation in Progress" of which is has been for over a month now. I will not be ordering from this company again if this is not sorted soon.

No problems ordering items and happy to get a cheaper deal than anywhere else I could find.

I have just received my first delivery from you. I paid £4.99 for delivery and expected what I ordered! Only 1 of the 7 items I ordered are enclosed with this delivery. You have sent other random items that I cannot use as a proposed replacement. I do not want these items. i tried calling but there was no answer to the telephone. I would like a refund.

I ordered some perfume for a good price they arrived in reasonable time. I was happy with what I received.
