Spent ages on the website trying to order in stock products, the order page just goes into a loop. Can even contact them via 'contact' key as it goes into another loop! Absolute rubbish and waste of time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Debited my account, sent me an email to say my order was 'In preparation' - that was 6 months ago!
Impossible to contact them, no reply to emails or phone calls, absolutely appalling customer service.
Definitely a scam, avoid!!!

My girlfriend placed an order which was paid for and not delivered. She has sent three emails to chase this and made five or six phone calls without success. Absolutely shocking customer service. Seems like a scam, never buying from this company again and will be referring to trading standards. Still chasing a resolution.

I absolutely love this company. They are so nice and helpful, Ship promptly and if I do encounter problems, they resolve them with speed and friendliness.

Ich habe bei diesem Verkäufer ein Blutdruckmessgerät gekauft und per PayPal bezahlt. Nach der Kauf habe ich eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen und dann 3 Wochen keine Information mehr. Kommunikation über Webseite und per e-Mail funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Dann habe ich einen Konflikt über PayPal aktiviert. In zwei Wochen nach der Konfliktaktivierung habe ich vom Verkäufer ein Gerät bekommen. Aber das war ganz anderes Gerät, der nicht vergleichbar mit dem von mit bestellten Geräten war. Ich habe für von mir bestelltes Gerät 83 EUR bezahlt, aber Verkäufer hat mir ein Gerät verschickt, das 15 EUR kostet. Dann wieder lange Geschichte mit der Kommunikation über PayPal, Rücksendung auf meine Kosten. Und endlich über fast 2 Monaten habe ich über Konfliktlösung mein Geld als Rückzahlung über PayPal bekommen.

I've been ordering from Halfpriceperfumes for some years now and despite the fact that I live in the southwest of Ireland every order has arrived three or four days after it has been shipped. And everything has always been as described. I can't praise this store high enough.

I know this website has alot of bad reviews but I myself having been purchasing from them for a few years now and apart from the odd delay in deliveries and saying something is in stock when it isn't, I've had a pretty good experience with them. I've had a couple of times where there was a lack of communication from them after emailing them with an enquiry but considering how often I've ordered from them in the past, there has been more good than bad. Will continue to buy from them.

Same as everyone else, I ordered from their website and after weeks that I haven't gotten any update I emailed them to follow up and was told that the items I bought were out of stock. No refund was processed. It's a scam! I would give 0 star if that is an option.

I have ordered( and paid for) some Nivea bubble bath. After several days I received an e mail to say this product was unavailable and asking if I wanted to order a substitute. I replied I did not want a substitute and I would like a refund. I received an email promising a refund. So far I have not received this refund. There are several problems 1/ Why do they advertise a product which is unavailable or out of stock on the website?
2/ They should refund immediately. This is an unprofessional company and unacceptable service.

Ordered 4th October, it's now 11th December and only had one item.
Was told my other had been refunded but wasn't so sent an email showing them the invoice which said refunded on, to be told no mention of one.
Replies from October were quick in all fairness was told item had to be reordered n that I could wait or have refund.
Won't be ordering from again.

Avoid like the plague!!!! Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered and paid through PayPal (now involved) . Still not received. Called shop direct in Manchester to be told they are busy by a very rude man.
Quick.enough to take your money. Shame I can't say the same about their service!!
Legal action is being taken. Looks like all reviews on her are spot on.

First time ordering, order still "in preparation" despite ordering it three weeks ago (I'm in the UK).
Perfume was for a leaving present and now it's too late so have emailed multiple times for order to be cancelled and refund to be given - sent these emails to all available addresses I could find and not one single reply to any of them.
Absolutely fed up - do not recommend.
Will be phoning the store tomorrow so they HAVE to deal with me. Although I do not have any confidence that this will even lead anywhere good.
Update: phonecall one, I was told nobody from management was in (early afternoon on a Thursday - nobody!?) and to call back Monday.
Phonecall two, explained the call from the other day, being told I would be able to speak to someone only to be told literally this "Send an email, bye." and then hung up!! I was absolutely fuming.
I sent more emails and got one reply but was disappointed to find that it was a generic "we have received your email, someone will be in touch as soon as possible" reply.
There is nothing even remotely funny about this. I don't understand how they can get away with this!

What an absolute disaster. Compared to some of the other reviews I have got off lightly I suppose, I ordered perfume on the 22nd November and paid £3.99 postage to which I presumed my product would arrive in a couple of days. When a week had gone by with no confirmation email and no delivery I contacted their "customer service" !!!! Twice no reply, finally on 6th Dec my delivery arrived containing completely different perfume that I hadn't ordered. The whole experience has been quite stressful and I most certainly will NEVER order from this website again, I have been telling everyone I know to avoid also

I have called them and wrote more than 10 mails in the last month about 2 orders. 1 order never arrived and they wont refund me. The other order were missing several items I paid for and they wont refund me for the missing items. They've also listed one of my orders as "refund" instead of "shipped" but Ive never received any refund for this order and also never received the order. They are ignoring every attempt Ive made to get my money back and by now, as it stand, this is theft of my money and I will probably have to take the necessary steps towards them, regarding stealing my money and refusing to give me refunds for things I never have received. Its time consuming and tedious to have to deal with being victim of theft and fraught online, but there really is no way to make these people respond or pay me back when they ignore all contact.

Hello, I have order from them twice. The shipping process is slow, took about two weeks for both orders to ship after order. Also no notification provided after prodect shipped. Not a bad service if your not in a rush.

I ordered 1 month ago , I have received emails giving me 4 different shipment dates, what utter rubbish! And what a surprise they are unable to issue me a proof of shipment. I`m starting a dispute with Paypal, do not use this company.

I have used this company before without any problems. However I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago not received my goods and I have not received a confirmation email, I have sent 2 emails requesting an explaination and I have received no response. If I do not receive my goods this is amounting to theft in opinion and I will be seeking legal advice

Further to my e-mail dated 18th August, i e-mailed them a money claims on line document (which is free) giving them 7 days to either despatch my goods or refund my money otherwise i would instigate the legal proceedings and on the 31st August they finally refunded my money.

Avoid this company. Their service is dreadful; they are extremely slow to despatch items, even when they are marked as in stock and do not respond to emails. I will not use them again and would have awarded them a zero rating if I were able to do so
