Emailed them 3 times now no reply!! Pay for 2-4 days delivery and still haven't even got a confirmation ordered on Sunday very poor experience with these people hard to get hold of still waiting for confirmation on my order going to just cancel !

I'm making a new review about Half price perfumers...
So this time I will give them 3 stars...I have received my order , it took a little longer than expected, but thats ok now
I will order from them again , and maybe next time I will give 4 stars ✨✨✨

Placed my order for Paul Smith Rose perfume on 20th May then heard nothing. I emailed 2 weeks later asking where my item was only to be told it was out of stock but that they were expecting more. We are now on 27th June and still no perfume. I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund and ive had NO response. I am so disappointment with your customer service. I paid via PayPal so I well have to raise it with them and hopefully get a refund. Looking at other reviews this is a common occurrence

Dreadful service. Ordered items for my mum's birthday via website, shown as being in stock. No order acknowledgement but money taken out of my account two weeks later ... still no goods. Emailed, no response. Tried to call. Two numbers advertised do not work. Got through after finding third number. Advised they are waiting for stock delivery. Then told unlikely they would be getting more of this item in any case. Common themes going on here if you look at their feedback.
Glad I paid by paypal and got my money back. Now reporting to Trading Standards. At best, gross incompetence. At worst are knowingly getting the benefit of holding onto people's money for a period of time, for goods that they don't have. See also reviews at the review centre online health and beauty shops - all the same experience. All down to incompetence??

extremely DISSAPOINTED!! ordered some Perfume over a Month Ago!! sent several emails no RESPONSE at all and no where else to contact ! this is pure robbery will neverspend one cent AGAIN!! and especially after not getting any REFUND AT ALL!!!

Ordered goods following receipt of a promotional mail Monies paid through paypal - absolutely no contact since. Phone number on website is dead.
Should've known better following a similar experience last year which I put down to a one off.
Can't login to website - can't change password.
Shocking company - best avoided.

I ordered a product from here two weeks ago and I've heard nothing - not even a confirmation email. The money was taken from my bank account straight away but nothing was sent to me. This is unacceptable and I won't tolerate it - I have contacted my solicitor to investigate further. I should have read the awful reviews from the other unsuspecting customers. I have the bank account evidence that this company took my hard earned cash and I want my money back. Disgusting

I made an online order over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from the company. They do not respond to emails and I cannot get through by phone. Will now have to raise a dispute to reclaim the funds I have already paid this company! Terrible service! Could not provide an order reference as the terrible service meant I did not even receive an order confirmation email! After escalating through Paypal funds were returned as my order wasn't even in stock!

I am so annoyed I didn't read any reviews before I ordered! I ordered some perfume, got no confirmation but payment was taken. I then received an email advising it was out of stock and whether I wanted an alternative but got no response when I replied and started to feel nervous as I never received any form of confirmation / order number. I have since sent several emails but suprise suprise, no response and the telephone number on their website is dead! What on Earth is wrong with this company and how are they still trading???? I have contacted my bank who are going to start a dispute and looking in reporting via trading standards.

I ordered some items 11 days ago and im still waiting!! I was told my items would be with me a week ago but obviously this is not the case. They took the money out of my account straight away yet im still waiting. I have emailed several times but i just keep getting fobbed off. Absolutely shocking service, will never order again from them. All i want is my order not much to ask considering i have paid.

I have order a shiseido set on this ưebsite and money was out of my account but i didnt received any mail to confirm. I sent email to them but no reply. i said i had 2 days more in Uk and after that i had to leave UK so how can i took my parcel . they said it will be delivery 3-5 days but now i havent received anything
whats going on this?

I bought Paco rabanne x black for my partner. On the 13th december. Never received a confirmation email or the item. But they took my money. I have emailed a number of times over and over. My partner now won't have a Christmas present. I am going to complain to my credit card company now.

Don't buy from them. They ruin your special occasions.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering £158 worth of perfumes for Christmas presents on 2 December. I too have not had a delivery and have tried emailing and phoning. As all have said, the telephone line is dead and there has been no response from customer service. I am so angry that they have taken my money and provided nothing. I paid through Paypal and have reported them, so hopefully will get some response. However, it will arrive too late for me to be able to purchase the replacement presents. Please, please, DO NOT use this company. They have ruined my Christmas.

Even though they replied, only after I started a case on Paypal, to say they had despatched the item and it would arrive by Thursday, IT HASN'T. I have to go out and purchase the items again now and be severely out of pocket at a time when every penny counts. So very angry and disappointed.

I ordered Christmas gifts from HalfPrice Perfumes on the 16th November. The value of the order is £44.95. We are now the 19th December and I still have no goods! I have emailed several times and had apologies that they were waiting for part of my order still. I replied could they please post out what they has as they were gifts for work colleagues. They never replied. I then found a phone number Sterling Pharmacy Ltd t/a Halfpriceperfumes 0161 445 3753 ( different to the number on Sterling Pharmacy which is out of use!) and called them. After 5 calls today I have experienced a variety of responses: 1) We are nothing to do with Half Price Perfumes 2) A woman who answered and then just hung up on me. 3) Polite young man who said the gentleman who deals with HalfPrice perfumes was not in the office, call back after 11. 4) Please email - unable to deal with enquiries by phone 5) No one answering!
This makes me very wary of this company! I wonder if they are just taking all the cash from Christmas orders before folding! Please, please do NOT order from this company. There is NO customer service - I am unable to shop at this late date to replace the gifts I had ordered through them. I also cannot walk through crowded shops because of a disability.
I am disgusted!!

This firm took the payment from my bank knowing the perfume was no longer available and said they would issue a refund after I queried where it perfume was. Still waiting for refund I was promised and sent numerous emails to customer services that have gone unanswered !!

Box was peefectly fine no damage but inside perfume was damaged. Sent emails but no reply.

Got confirmation and money are gone. After that it is totally silent. Sent mail and complaints, but still no answer. What is going on? Why not at least answer??? Three weeks now...

I placed an order on 1/12/16 for a birthday present, as the order hasn't arrived I ve emailed them twice without a reply. The telephone number on their website is incorrect. I managed to find another number only to be told the item was out of stock, I was told inlay be in stock next week or the following week. They will let me know when it is in stock even though it was shown in stock when I ordered it.
They are either incompetent or dishonest I can't make my mind up at the minute.

I placed an order via Sterling Pharmacy on 17 November and promptly received an order confirmation from Half Price Perfumes. 2 weeks later my goods have not been delivered so I fill out their contact form, a week later still no response so I try telephoning them, the number listed on their site does not work. I have sent 2 further emails and still heard nothing. They have had my money for 3 weeks and not bothered to respond to any of my contacts. Dreadful service and robbers.
