I used them a couple of years ago and my teeth got straighten out. I wore the retainment aligners as suggested. Now, my teeth are back at the original position, and when asked for a new plan the company closed my account all the sudden, so now I can’t even contact them anymore.

Incredible bad service, I would not recommend this scam company.

The straightening process is good and they work with you to make sure you are happy but when the treatment is completed , the retainers they provide are awful, loose, not the right shape and your teeth move back.
They are really not happy when you question the quality of their retainers that simply do not fit. Instead of improving the quality, they refunded me the retainers and deactivated my account.
Really disappointing, do not recommend.

I got my teeth braces with straight teeth direct a few years back. The process was smooth and my teeth looked great (although never perfect) for about a year. I wear the retainers religiously every night, but now 3 years later my teeth are exactly where they started. I noticed more recently that the new retainers they send me aren't even tight, I think they send cheap plastic and they have tried to upsell me to the retraining programme.

They were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and always responded to my messages promptly. I achieved exactly the results I was hoping for, and I now feel much more confident about my smile.

They have received full payment so they are now unwilling to help with retention! I have received a message that following my feedback, Straight Teeth Direct are now unwilling to help me with corrective/retention treatment. The advisors attitude now they have received there full payment of £1400 is unhelpful and unkind. They have advised me to see a dentist face to face now they are no longer getting money from me and have closed my account, so I would advise customers to see a dentist face to face in the first place as you will be told to do this after they have received their money regardless whether your treatment has worked.

As a 40+ year old starting to lose confidence in my appearance I decided to bite the bullet and try and improve my teeth. I felt maybe if I could smile with confidence I would feel better about myself and I’m so glad I decided to give it a go! The transformation has far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Straight Teeth Direct to anyone thinking about giving themselves a boost.

Nothing can replace a proper orthodontist. I have had not so pleasant experience with STD. Run away

J’ai suivi un traitement chez Straight Teeth Direct pendant environ un an et le résultat est vraiment top ! Je me sens beaucoup mieux avec des dents désormais bien alignées.
L’équipe est très réactive : ils répondent à toutes les questions, rassurent tout au long du parcours et font le nécessaire pour que l’on soit pleinement satisfait.
Je recommande sans hésitation !

Spent a lot of time researching and chose straight teeth direct based on their reputation and great app process - I was provided the expected results before committing etc, and 8 months later of following the process my teeth are back straight, and it was very simple in terms of monthly checks in etc - really smooth process and delighted with the results

I wasn't sure how it would go not having face to face appointments but it worked out really well, the videos were helpful, I had replys when I needed them and when I had a query with my movement it was rectified, my teeth look amazing it was worth it.

Everything ran very smoothly.
At the end of treatment when there were some minor adjustments required, new retainers were sent out free of charge.
Would highly recommend.

Service end to end was really great, any questions or concerns were answered, responded to almost immediately, just a great service and great price, and my teeth are straight, very happy, highly recommend.

Nearly perfect end result. Slight delay in 2nd set of moulds taken and consequently had the same retainer for 3 months. Communicative company and good value for money

I had such a traumatic experience with them that I didn’t even want to write a review to remember it. I experienced permanently damaged gum and gum recession. I put on the set of aligners half way through the treatment and my gums started bleeding immediately, felt crushed and sore and then a section just fell off. The level of stress and my experience of gas lighting from them was off the charts. I completely regret my decision to sign up with them.

Terrible Quality Control

I was with them for years. The treatment went well but the membership to send retainers every year went downhill. Wrong retainers were sent more than one time and when they say they sent the right ones they get it wrong again.

No idea what happened to them.

Do yourself a favour and don’t use this company. There’s no effective follow up nor any real care and attention. My teeth very quickly moved even with their retainer treatment and the only help they gave is to do the impressions again at a high cost when I already paid a hefty amount for the treatment. The response to my complaint was also rude and without careful consideration. Please please don’t waste your time, effort and money with this company.

Keeping it short, they are scammers. Promise you a perfect smile behind a load of small print. The aligners start breaking and they dont care, my teeth are still not straight (at all) and they want more money then proceed to block you from everything and close your account, absolutely shocking
