Do not buy here!

Ordered two shirts because the designs looked cool on the site. The overall quality of the product is poor. The quality of the print is bad and faded. The fabric is thin and shabby. It's a shame because the designs and the overall look of the site looks professional but the products are crap. It also states they don't offer a free return policy so I'm losing money on this crap. It's unbelievable that stores like this exist

I got a tshirt with a cool octopus…

I got a tshirt with a cool octopus design "Men's Dark Octopus Japanese Art Print T-Shirt". For $43 AUD including delivery I expected something of much better quality, the material is quite thin and feels as cheap as you can get, the lower end of Temu for a much higher price. I got size S, which is the smallest, and it's still a bit too big and the sleeves are a little too long, not flattering at all. I'd definitely avoid and won't be ordering anything, which is a shame as a lot of the designs look quite cool.

Pretty Disappointing

I was quite excited to order a kraken vest as it looked really cool, but wish I hadn’t bothered; it took 5 weeks from the point of order to arrive, which is ridiculously long and when it did it was shockingly bad. A pixelated version of the original vest printed on to cheap polyester which looked awful. Avoid if you value your money!

Update - in fairness they reached out upon seeing this and offered me a refund of the item cost, so I’ve added a star for their customer service, but still a colossal waste of time overall.

Dispatched from China and lying customer service

In short, this company is based in China with long dispatch times, long shipping durations and dishonest customer service. Would I recommend? Hell no.

This purchase was made by targeted ads on instagram. Product looked fine and I purchased a Tee-shirt. I received no email confirmation or delivery note. The only proof of purchase that I had was a bank transaction

2 weeks past and still no update, so I contacted them.
I received the reply.

'Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing your concerns to our attention. We are pleased to inform you that your order #******* is currently en route to the destination.

We understand that waiting for the package to arrive can be frustrating, but the shipping time is normally 1-3 weeks after the carrier's warehouse has sent out the package'

I entered the tracking info onto the couriers website and noticed it wasn't even collected by yet. I requested a refund. They advised me 'Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order and issue a refund at this time as it is already in transit and we were unable to intercept the transportation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenient caused.'

I called them out on their incorrect infomation and sent them the screen shot of the tracker which they then decided to offer a refund but it'll take 6-9 business days.

If you read the other complaint comments, they all mention similar stories and some complain about expensive return shipping which often out prices the goods themselves.

I completed and paid my order on 3/13 and hasn’t received it yet. it is taking forever and it looks like it is stuck in China. it is really frustrating and I would never recommend buying from them!! I regret!!!

I ordered my shirt over three months ago, and the last update is from almost two months ago saying it was in Chicago, far from where I live. Now their website has disappeared. It supposedly shipped from China, but I don't even know.

Bestellung angeblich geliefert

Habe am 31.10.2024 bestellt. Soweit lief alles ganz oke. Habe erwartet, die Ware innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Wochen zu erhalten. Dann checke ich, wie sonst auch alle paar Tage wieder, den Status über den mir zur Verfügung gestellten Tracking Service und stelle fest, dass die Lieferung wohl angeblich bereits am 19.11.2024 mit UNTERSCHRIFT(!?) geliefert worden sein soll. Und das obwohl der Tracking Service am selben Tag, Minuten zuvor noch zu stehen hat, dass niemand vor Ort gewesen ist, was auch nicht stimmt. Dennoch ist hier nichts angekommen. Habe darauf hin eine E-Mail an Halarye geschickt mit der Bitte um Aufklärung, an wen das Paket gegangen sein soll. Hoffentlich lässt sich das noch klären.

Edit: Stellt sich raus, dass es an eine Nachbarin geliefert wurde. Adresse war dementsprechend aber trotzdem falsch geliefert. Wenigstens ist aber jetzt alles da. Produktqualität ist semi-gut. Kommt in etwa mit den anderen Bewertungen hin. Hab besseres erwartet, bin aber erst einmal erleichtert, dass es überhaupt angekommen ist.

2nd Update on Halarye Review

It’s October 28th. Here is another update on my Halarye problem. Yesterday I checked the tracking number they provided upon shipment and discovered that the shirt was delivered to an address in the Georgia, United States. The shipping address on the receipts shows a Southern California city. Who they delivered it too in Georgia is unknown. The company replied to my earlier request for a refund saying that they couldn’t issue a refund because 1) It’s in transit and 2) It’s in a PayPal dispute so they can’t refund the price. Now that’s it’s been delivered to the wrong address, a refund should be immediately forthcoming. Also, we all know that sellers can authorize a refund if they wish. Halarye just doesn’t want to. I’m sorry I ever did business with this company. I will never do so again. Based upon my experience, prospective buyers will have to decide for themselves if this is a merchant they want to do business with.

Update October 29th, 2024. I received a refund from Halarye, thru Pay Pal, this morning. I will not be making future purchases from Halarye, despite the fact that they made a full refund. 45+ days is simply too long for me to wait for a delivery! And a few too many errors made which may have contributed to the longer shipping time. I have yet to receive the package. Thanks Halarye for the full refund.

Final Update - November 5th. Shirt never delivered. Two days short of two months. Did receive a refund from Hilary’s.

Faulty Goods Twice

Disappointing. Was sent faulty goods. Customer service was not initially helpful. Had to push to get a refund, postage was not refunded. Would not use again.

Products not as described on website

My first mistake was not checking here for reviews! I ordered 3 items 1.A linen blend shirt which had no linen in it as described, 2.XL overalls that were far too small and 3.XL sweat pants that were far too big. I sent photos to explain that what I received was not as described and now they expect me to pay shipping due to their errors Or accept a refund. Here's the extract of their email: Alternatively, you can consider our non-return options: we can provide you with a 30% partial refund ($39) or a 50% gift card of AUD 65 to be used for future purchases on our website.
Considering I spent $129.59 I believe this to be unfair and indeed a scam as Halarye make money either way and the customer is out of pocket. I'm currently progressing with paypal disputes on the matter.

UPDATE - Australian buyers beware - return address is in the US and greatly exceeds purchase costs. They do not give you this information of course. This company knows the costs to return and scams you as a result. FYI Paypal can't help without you returning the goods even though they made the mistake in sizing\manufacturing. BEWARE !!

Anfang Juli habe ich dem Support…

Anfang Juli habe ich dem Support geschrieben, dass ich die Ware retournieren will, weil sie nicht den Abbildungen entspricht. Was dann folgte war ein sehr sehr sehr langer E-Mail-Verkehr (mit den Erfahrungen die hier bereits beschrieben wurden). Letzten Endes habe ich dann die Ware zurück geschickt (mit extrem hohen Rücksendespesen). Jetzt kommt aber der Höhepunkt: Am 7. Juli 2024 ging die Ware zurück - bis heute (26.8.) habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung geschweige denn, eine Rückzahlung. Ich vermute mittlerweile eine Betrugsmasche dahinter. Finger weg davon!!!
Nachtrag: Das gelt ist jetzt pronto eingegangen, nachdem ich erneut nachgefragt habe und diese Bewertung gepostet hatte. Vielleicht eine gute Strategie für alle die dieselben Probleme haben. 👍

The packaging was a letdown

The packaging was a letdown. It arrived in a simple brown cardboard box with no extra protection. After a long three-week wait, I expected a bit more care taken in this area. The box was dented too. Just a suggestion, please consider upgrading your packaging for better customer experience.

For the price

For the price, the quality was much better than expected! The cardigan is casual, yet stylish and offers a unique watercolor pattern. It's perfect for lounging or stepping out in. However, I feel that it's slightly overpriced. A small drop in cost would make it a great buy!

Absolutely loved the unique design and how the patterns stood out. Price is reasonable for what youre getting. Quality of the fabric feels durable yet comfortable. Packaging was neat and secure, no damages upon arrival. Overall pretty satisfied.
