The products shown on the website look amazing, BUT what you actually receive is a printed image of what you see. Cheap, nasty looking too. Poor looking merchandising

I made I purchased through this company and I received the shirts yesterday thinking that they’re gonna be high-quality sweatshirts and I received printed T-shirts for $55. Not very professional

After reading all the negative reviews, I suggested purchasing just one item first to check the quality, and asked them for a coupon to help offset the shipping costs, since they require a minimum order to qualify for free shipping. I wasn’t comfortable taking the full risk up front, so I explained I would buy more in the future if the quality met my expectations.

They agreed and first asked me to create an account and register after which a coupon would be sent to me in two business days. I did so using my Hotmail account, but had originally contacted them via my Gmail account (which I didn’t want to register with). I proceeded with the Hotmail account as requested.

They provided me with a coupon code, but when I tried using it, it didn’t work. They then told me to wait a few days, after which they said the code had been reactivated, but it still didn’t work. I followed up again and was told that I needed to register my Gmail account instead. I reminded them that I had already registered with my Hotmail account, and I didn’t want to use my Gmail account, but they kept insisting. At that point, I gave up.

Not sure if they were just giving me the runaround. The photos on their website do look good, but between the poor reviews and this experience with the coupon issue, I think it’s best to avoid dealing with them to save yourself the hassle and the risk of losing your money.

I proceeded to register on your website, regardless of what email i used that shouldn't make a difference, this is what i am trying to tell you guys. You can just as easily send me a coupon to the hotmail address, I do not want to register with my gmail account as it is my personal account, how hard is this for you guys to understand? It's a simple request, is that enough for proof? I am asking you now publicly, send me a coupon associated with the hotmail account and I will remove this review.

Regarding the account registration and coupon usage issues you mentioned:
When you first contacted us, you used your gmail email address. You did not mention any other email addresses. Given this, we sent the coupon to the email address you used to contact us, which was your gmail email address. We have already emphasized that the coupon was sent to a specific email address. However, you chose to register to use the coupon by using a different email address.

As for your statement "I proceeded with the Hotmail account as requested," we never requested you to register with a Hotmail account. You can find evidence of this in our previous email communications.

Don't trust online reviews

When I saw the negative reviews online, I was a little hesitant, so I only bought one. I received my order about two weeks later, and it exceeded my expectations, so the reviews online cannot be fully trusted.
