SCAM WARNING

If I could give zero stars I would. The product delivered is not remotely like the garments pictured in the online shop. The shop shows high quality garments; the ones I ordered included patchwork tops using a variety of textiles and textures - a chunky, 3D look. The product actually delivered is a poor quality print of the original on a cheap, thin, ordinary material, with no texture. In some places, the print was fuzzy and blurred. In my view, the images in the online shop are deliberately misleading, and the company is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

The response from Chicwelly below refers to "finding a solution" but what they have offered is a 50% discount, when I have already asserted my legal right to a 100% refund. Further evidence of dishonest trading methods, and ignoring consumer protection legislation.

Disgusting Lying Company

This is a disgusting lying fraudulent company. The people running it are fraudulent and disgraceful. If they told the truth on each of their product listings the business would very quickly be bankrupt.
They take your money right away, but make NO EFFORT to package your products and get them shipped to you. You'll have to wait so long for the products to arrive that you will likely have lost interest in them by then, and that's another way your money is wasted. But that's only if they bother sending your products at all. I haven't received mine and they haven't even packaged them and sent them out for delivery.
When I contacted support they claimed that they would "prioritize" my purchase and get things moving. They have NOT done that. They lied. And it's obvious that they always lie. They are untrustworthy and devious.
I will NEVER mention them to anyone I know, meaning I will never recomend this company. In fact, I will spread the word all over social media to show how they lie and commit what looks like fraud. Rotten rotten company, staffed by rotten lying people.

Le remboursement est quasi impossible car il faut renvoyer aux états unis et payer des frais de douanes très chers.

AWFUL.... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The parcel was ordered on 5th Dec 25.a Christmas jumper. Arrives ( apparently) on 27th Dec 25. However, photo shown , but jumper NOT there . It's taken untill the 23rd Jan 26 to get HALF my purchase amount back !!! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. After read8ng reviews, I won't be missing anything.

The quality of the product I received…

The quality of the product I received was nothing like the quality of the item shown in the advert on Chicwelly. The item I received was very poor quality and disappointing. Then when I reached out to Chicwelly, I was offered a 30% £ partial refund or a 50% USD coupon to use for a future purchase on their website. I will never purchase from this company again and certainly would not recommend them after the poor quality of the item I received . I have since been offered a 50% GBP refund or 60% USD to spend on the website but this is still not good enough. Considering the quality difference between shown and received . I will not be purchasing any further items from this company

Wish I could give zero

Enttäuschende Qualität, Kundentäuschung!!!

Ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut meinen Hoodie aus dem Beutel zu nehmen um ihn anzuprobieren. Schon beim auspacken viel auf, das dieser Hoodie nicht wie erwartet in dickerer Strickqualität und wie auf dem auf der Verkaufsseite angepriesenen Bildern ersichtlichen 3D Optik ist. Sondern es handelt sich um sehr dünnen Polyester-Stoff der sehr streng riecht, das Bild auf dem Hoodie (nix 3D) auch sehr verpixelt ist. Hier wird der Kunde optisch und Qualitätiv sehr getäuscht. Preis war 36€, ich würde für diese Qualität keine 10€ ausgeben. Schade das man keine Bilder einfügen kann von der Seite über den Hoodie und das tatsächlich gelieferte. Aber auf den Rücksendekosten bleibt man ja sowieso sitzen. Ich werde ihn daher behalten, hoffen das dieser mehrere Wäschen übersteht und kann nur diese Rezession schreiben. @Chicwelly diese Bewertung werde ich in jedes Portal übernehmen, damit eventuelle Käufer vorgewarnt werden!!! Verbraucherschutzzentrale behalte ich mir vor. So nicht...

Christmas Long coat is very cheap

Ordered a Christmas long coat, December 12. It arrived January 1st. Clearly I was fooled by what must have been an AI image. It was supposed to be corduroy but this fabric can only dream of growing up to be corduroy. The images which looked embossed are only printed on the fabric. It honestly feels like a limp pair of pajamas

Products Misdescribed, Images Don’t Match What Arrives

I ordered four items from Chicwelly. All were not as described.

Two trench coats and one pair of trousers were sold as corduroy. What arrived was printed synthetic fabric with no corduroy rib or pile at all. Listing images strongly implied embroidered detailing and structured garment - the items delivered used flat digital prints to simulate embroidery and were lightweight and unstructured.

The trousers were described as regular-fit corduroy pants but arrived as elasticated drawstring lounge pants made from printed synthetic material.

Only one item (a printed shirt) barely resembled its description.

The listings have material misdescription and misleading product imagery. I have raised this formally with customer support and am awaiting confirmation of a full refund and return at their cost.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and not rely on the product photos or fabric descriptions.

Garbage

Garbage. I ordered £82 worth of products based on the photos on their website. What I received was of such poor quality I didn't even bother donating them to charity. I wrote to the company, who requested photos of everything I received. When I told them I had thrown it all in the garbage they offered to refund me 40%. I accepted, as it was better than nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! And Chicwelly - instead of responding to the hundred reviews here telling you that your products are garbage with your "sincere apologies," why not just NOT SELL GARBAGE???

total SCAM

This "company" is simply a dropshipper of low-quality products. you can find all of their products on the most famous website for shopping cheap stuff from China. the quality really is the worst i've ever seen. cheap materials (like a 4$ worth hoodie they make you pay 30$ for it) and the print is just horrid, it's minecraft-level resolution. do NEVER buy stuff from there. again, you can get their stuff on a famous chinese shopping site for way less than they're selling for.
the size was also much different from what i ordered, so the hoodie didn't even fit.
On top of that, after i provided evidence of the wrong size, they only offered a refund of 30% of what i paid without shipping the hoodie back, or a full-refund but only if i shipped the hoodie back to them at my expenses (totally ridiculous since we're on two opposite sides of the globe - i'd pay more for the shipping than what i paid for the order).
