Silver hair is so pink
Love their hair for the dark colours and the mixed blondes however the last year their " silver hair " is no longer silver. It has such a pinky undertone it's awful( glue and nano bonds) When wet it gets more pink. Nice clean blonde colours and the pink shows so much more next to the colour so it's impossible to blend in. Won't be buy again for here

We sincerely apologise for the concerns you raised in your recent purchase review. At HairPlanet, we pride ourselves on providing only 100% human hair products. Each batch of hair undergoes a bleaching and colour treatment process to achieve the various shades we offer.
Our top-selling shade is #Silver. To create this shade, the hair is pre-bleached to a very light blonde and then ash-toned, which may sometimes result in blue, purple, or pink undertones.
We allow purchasers 14 days to thoroughly inspect the product and determine if it meets their needs before installing it in a client’s hair. We also have a no-quibble return policy for all items if the product is unsuitable.
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team at customerservices@hairplanet.co.uk.
Kind regards,
The product can on time and was exactly what I had ordered and it’s absolutely perfectly.
The easy navigation of the website and how fast everything came!

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery, and great customer service when I queried about colours. Thought the ones I ordered were too dark but actually they look great when fitted. Lovely quality and feel light on head, no problems with tangling either. Would definitely buy again.

Helpful customer service but took a while to get there.
I tried ordering from the web site but it wouldn't take payment, so I tried multiple times and I wasn't getting where with it, so I email them and they responded quite quickly but they wasn't able to help has all payments have to go though the Web site, which I found quite frustrating, so I tried different options and finally got there but the hair I ordered was 60 platinum blonde but the hair I got was more yellow in colour.

I have been ordering hair extensions…
I have been ordering hair extensions from hair planet for a few years now. I found other hair products from other website just don't hold the same qualities and long lasting wear. My last hair gave me almost a year of continues wear and have just replaced with new hair. Quality is amazing so soft and easy to maintain
