This company are awful, the hair sold caused a serious matt to my own hair. I approached the company and have attached that apparently there own hair last three months only. DO NOT USE THE HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY

This is what they wrote to respond to my complaint
Thank you for contacting us regarding the concerns you've experienced with your hair extensions. We appreciate your feedback and have taken the time to thoroughly inspect the extensions you returned. Our evaluation included a series of tests explicitly measuring porosity, elasticity, pressure, and pH levels. We can confirm that these assessments did not indicate any manufacturing defects. Additionally, we cross-checked your extensions against our existing stock to ensure everything aligns with the quality we strive to provide.

Light shedding is very common initially as the hair is vacuum-packed, however this should not be excessive. The hair weighed 130 grams which would not indicate excessive shedding. As a result, in line with our company policy, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on this occasion. As no manufacturing fault is present on the hair, this will be returned to you.

We would like to confirm that we are a business committed to diversity, equality, and fair treatment for all customers. Every case we receive is assessed consistently and fairly, based solely on the condition of the product and the findings of our quality checks, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

To help ensure the longevity of your hair extensions, we strongly recommend consulting our aftercare guidelines. Standard retail products often fail to cater to the specific needs of hair extensions, which can negatively impact their lifespan and overall appearance.

6 years ago ordered from here ,silver colour. But last year november I ordered silver colour but this not same! Change pictures and to cheat costumers! Never more order more! Everybody need triple check because now fake colours.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hair Planet.

I paid £200 plus for hair extensions, only for them to be cut extremely poorly, resulting in me losing around 3 inches of length. The cut was an absolute mess and not what I paid for or expected.

When I contacted Hair Planet for support, I was shocked by their response. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they insisted that I would need to remove the extensions and send them back before they would even consider helping. This is completely impractical, as I’ve already paid for fitting and cutting, and removing them would leave me out of pocket even more.

There was no willingness to take responsibility, no attempt to offer a partial refund, replacement, or professional resolution. The lack of empathy and customer care has caused me significant stress.

The hair is really good quality. The cut was the issue.
For a company selling premium-priced hair, the quality control and aftercare are unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing.

In response to your reply. The hair was not as described. You only advertise a zoomed in picture of all hair and not the ends (i would upload a picture if I could) i have sent you lots of photos that you wont seem to acknowledge. The ends of the extensions are really bad as I have stated and shown. The quality is the hair is great, but other suppliers sell great hair without obviously chopped ends.

Like I stated, that was £200 I have lost out on. Also, please dont lie. The hair was not how it normally is. I have bought hair from hair planet atleast 6 times prior. Hair comes blended at the bottom, never ever chopped like that.

Tried nanos and decided to switch for wefts . Absolutely amazing quality. Last weft I bought was on 50% off on clearance … basically a steal … hair quality is amazing 💕

I refuse to try anyone else’s hair extensions. Anyone looking into trying hair planet - you won’t be disappointed !

I have bought hair from here for over ten years. The quality has gotten progressively worse and also more and more expensive (ridiculously so)

The last two wefts I bought have lasted only a few weeks before MATTING like mad.

They don’t hold a curl no matter what product I used and they also don’t take hair dye. I’d be certain it’s not really human hair.

Customer service is abrasive and nightmarish. A million hoops to jump through to get them to even review the hair.

I will be avoiding from now on.

Terrible hair. Terrible service. Ridiculous postage charge.

I’ve always bought my hair extensions from a shop, but I decided to give Hair Planet a try — and I wasn’t disappointed! I purchased Indian Remy human hair on a weft, and the colour was exactly what I expected. The quality is amazing, and I was so pleased when they arrived.

I actually received more grams of hair and a longer length for less money than I usually pay. I thought the real test would be when I washed them, expecting they might tangle, but they washed beautifully and stayed silky smooth.

I’m so glad I took a chance — I got longer, thicker hair for a great price. Delivery was quick, and I honestly have no complaints at all. I’ll definitely be buying my next set from Hair Planet and highly recommend them

Purchased a weft for the first time via my hairdresser as I usually get nanos & fancied a change but sadly the hair was shedding as soon as it was fitted…we initially thought it was because the weft had to be cut to size and wasnt sealed but after my hairdresser sealed the weft after the 8 week fitting it’s still shedding rather a lot and has thinned out. In my opinion it’s far too expensive for the quality of hair received PLUS the shade I purchased was 1001 (white blonde) but after washing has now gone more shade 60 (yellow blonde) which needs to be toned resulting in further damage of the hair! very disappointing and will purchase elsewhere next time.

I ordered my hair and was delivered, absolutely beautiful and felt lovely. I went to the hairdressers and had it fitted, she coloured matched my hair to the extensions and it was perfect, I got shampoo/conditioner for the hair extensions to avoid damaging them and followed correct aftercare, I have had my refit done and the colour of my extensions aren’t the same as my hair, no difference in the colour etc, I kept the exact same colour but weirdly the extensions aren’t not the same colour. I had a few packs left of the hair unused so I have a picture showing. On the photo you can see the difference, but in person you can see it 10x more. I’ve had them 1 month, I have washed my hair 4 times within this, avoiding any heat etc or used spray to ensure no damage; considering the hair isn’t cheap I didn’t want to have to spend another nearly £500 on hair. I’ve emailed sales as my hairdresser advised this wasn’t normal and to contact them, been almost a week and no response. I shouldn’t have hair that doesn’t match my hair within 1 month of owning it. I’d completely understand if I used something that could’ve done this but I most certainly haven’t. Waste of time trying to get in contact with them. I’ve had extensions in for years and this is the first time they’ve gone like this so it’s pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t waste your time ordering from here. You’ll get better quality hair elsewhere.

The best hair extensions ever. I’ve tried loads of other brands over the years but have to say hair planet are the best quality and last the longest.

Great company to buy from. I would highly recommend them. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick. and the product arrived well packaged. The extension are good quality, and I'm really pleased with my purchase.

As stated before not the best quality hair I’ve had. A little disappointed in the way they’ve turned out in such a short period of time. I travelled abroad and made sure to use the correct products, had no chlorine or sun cream contact yet majority of the hair still seemed to discolour.
Thanks to Colorwow and Malibu sachets they’ve restored ever so slightly. Not sure if I’ll purchase from HairPlanet again.

Fast delivery. I have used hair planet extensions before and previous extensions were amazing, such good condition and were beautiful condition for more than a year with maintenance so didn’t hesitate to use them again. This time however, the quality of the extensions are just not the same. They don’t feel like real hair, they don’t hold curls well, they’re not shiny and look dull. I wouldn’t use hair planet again for this reason. Disappointing as I will always use extensions due to how thin my hair is and it doesn’t really grow naturally.
