Thank you Tracy, feedback is crucial to us as it helps improve our products and services
Really disappointed with the hair…
Really disappointed with the hair quality. Will not be purchasing again. I don’t think customer service take into account the cost implications of receiving poor quality hair extensions. They might offer to test the hair but this does not rectify the money spent on fitting, removal, and being left with no hair extensions whilst awaiting testing and then further cost to refit!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I can see a member of our team has advised you in our faults returned policy, this is necessary for us to establish the specific nature of your complaint.
As it is almost 2 months since your purchase I am sure you will appreciate, the hair would need to be tested to ascertain where the issue is and why it has occurred. We do appreciate that this can be an inconvenience, but for us to investigate this further, we would need to receive the hair. Our unwavering commitment to quality ensures that every aspect of the hair's quality is thoroughly inspected in tests that take 3-4 working days. The hair will undergo a thorough inspection, including tests for hair and bonding material health, porosity, elasticity, pressure, and pH. After the inspection, the hair will be weighed and cross-checked against our stock records for reference
As advised, if a manufacturing fault is detected, a refund/replacement will be issued according to our terms and conditions of sale.
Kindest Regards

Thankk you Julie for your amazing 5 Star review
Hair quality is great for the price
Hair quality is great for the price - but the the colours really vary. I ordered silver shade in weft and nanos and the colours were completely off - I tried toning and purple shampoo and couldn’t get the nanos to match, they are a lot darker so I would not order these again. I did email customer support but told once hair was opened, nothing could be done about it.

Thank you Jess for taking the time to review us, Here at HairPlanet, we supply only 100% human hair products, meaning each batch is bleached and colour-treated to achieve the available shades. This can result in slight colour variations from colour rings and shade charts and, therefore, semitonal differences between stock batches sold,
With this in mind, we give the purchaser 14 days to inspect the product fully and decide if it is suitable for the intended purpose prior to installing/fitting it into a client's hair. If, for any reason, they are unsuitable, we offer a no-quibble return policy on all products.
I can see our team reached out to advise of the returns policy therefore this means that the hair can be removed from the packaging to be inspected prior to use, the hair however cannot be returned once used as hair extensions are a classified consumable and cannot be accepted for return due to hygience reasons once worn/fitted unless they are faulty.

Swear on my life best hair extension, slay
I recently got some blond hair extensions, and I can't express how amazing they are! The color matches my natural hair perfectly, blending seamlessly and giving me that extra volume and length I've always wanted. The quality is top-notch, and they feel so soft and luxurious. Whether I'm styling them for a casual day out or a special occasion, they always look stunning and elevate my overall look. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their hair!
