Well from ordering the guitar to it being delivered was fairly short time ,as some company's take near a month , the item was well package for protection abd was playable straight out the box , although I always tweak neck truss and string height , but that's just a personal thing , also the company kept me well informed as in how things were proceeding as in where the guitar was and when exactly I'd get
I certainly will be using again although I just travel to the store itself in Glasgow

I've been looking for a particular guitar case for my Reverend baritone guitar and had trouble finding anything in the UK until of course I came to Merchant City Music. I took the plunge and ordered and paid online for the guitar case. Merchant City Music went the extra mile to source a spare part. They kept me informed at all times on the progress and the spare part arrived swiftly in the post. Due to the fragile nature of the part it was extremely well packaged. Although it cost a lot of money, I was extremely pleased and more than happy with the product and service. Well worth the cost.
