After making contact using an online enquiry method I had a prompt response back within a couple of days with call and using modern video technology captured my issue at home and relayed straight back to Guinness very pleased with the response time and friendly person dealing with the call let’s see what happens next .

Alison was fantastic
Alison was fantastic, she has the patience of a saint honestly. Alison sorted out my emergency appointment for me for a plumber & really helped me. Alison gave me lots of advice & especially on a walk in shower(a wet room). I cannot Thank Alison enough for her hard work,patience & empathy & kindness to me honestly she is such a wonderful lady. As this is the 4th time I've called and…
As this is the 4th time I've called and 3 workmen attended the problem is still there. But the lady I spoke to today has now gone 1 further than other operators and escalated the problem to higher people. She went above and beyond for me today. Maybe give the workmen horses not vans as they should be called the guiness cowboys.

I have a daughter with crohns and a hifh-output stoma. Our ine toilet is blocked despite plunging and all other options. The lady who responded to my emergency call was so lovely and so helpful. I just hope they can do an emergency repair for us. Thank you to the lovely call handler xxx
