I recently had to re request Subject Access Request information from Guinness. Guinness have siezed on this opportunity to rewrite history. I could no longer challenge what they have claimed in these SARs in the complaints process as the requests in question are over a year old. I did not see that coming. Guinness really are amazing. There is nothing Guinness will not casually, easily, twist and lie about to leave problems and responsibilities they should be responsible for, with tenants. This started with Guinness lying and often making things up with needless lies and contempt over simple enquiries, things that are in the service charge and things that should be managed better by Guinness like rats, communal repairs and basement access. It has extended to abuse, harm and lawlessness by TGP. When Guinness gave my address wrongly to the police instead of a neighbours Guinness didnt even have this service. No doubt Guinness would have just lied then also.

IBBY was very informative and had excellent customer service skills and sorted my issue out in a professional and approachable manner, highly recommend this top bloke! He's a credit to The Guinness Partnership. Thank you for being kind and taking the time to help me I appreciate it IBBY. Futhermore, Guinness housing are best housing association around! I love knowing that if I have an issue it's sorted straight away. Makes living here so much more peaceful having peace of mind that Guinness partnership are there if and when I need them. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and and had empathy for my problem, she wanted to make sure I was safe due to antisocial behaviour from my neighbour and she went above and beyond

Got through to customer services quickly . Gill , the operative who answered our call , was extremely helpful , courteous and professional and talked us through the repair booking process with great patience.

Calling them the person was great and resolved this instantly. Despite the inconvenience with the form, the issue has been resolved instantly after phoning.
I initially reported my issue via form, however the person could not read or understand my clarification on the “shared door into the entrance of the building/block to which people keep entering and doing drugs/alcohol” and they responded regarding “MY front door” and how the replacement previously was complete

The customer service was excellent. I speak to someone today. He was very professional. I am happy for this service thank you.

Carlene is very helpful when I am ringing in repairs to Guinness from our 2 properties in Manchester. She takes her time with each repair that I request & does her up most to sort out any queries that I might have.

I spoke to one of the members of staff over the phone and she was incredibly kind, patient and helpful She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly making the whole process much easier for me. I really appreciated how friendly and professional she was and how willing she was to help. Her support made a big difference to my experience and left me feeling valued as a customer. It’s clear that the company has staff who genuinely care about helping customers and providing a positive experience
