Reported issue with the thermostat on my shower mixer. Customer service was helpful, friendly and polite. Sending out emergency plumber in 24 hours

Mike was great. He answered my call straight away. He was friendly and jolly and put a date in the diary to get an electrician to fix my bathroom fan.

The call taker Paul Spellman was fantastic, listened to everything and what I found so very useful was the video call, it helped me to show what was wrong instead of having to try and explain it.

Great customer service, I spoke to Ibby regarding an emergency repair, and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
The repairs team attended my property just over an hour after I reported the issue. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. Thank you!

When I first called, I was given a number for repairs, but that line redirected me again, so I felt passed around. On my second attempt, I reached Back Guinness and spoke with a helpful woman named Allison. She arranged the repair by contacting them directly, and I now have a date. Thank you very much, Allison.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from the Guinness representative I spoke with.
Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was exceptionally polite, kind, patient and professional. She listened carefully to my complaint, took all the relevant details, and spoke to me in such a calm and reassuring manner.
Most importantly, I never felt that I was being fobbed off or that my concerns were being dismissed. She was knowledgeable, genuinely eager to help, and dealt with the matter efficiently. She was able to address the issue and raise it as an emergency, for which I am extremely grateful.
Her manner and professionalism were truly reassuring at a stressful time. She is an excellent example of what good customer service should be, and I hope Guinness will be able to identify her and recognise her for the exceptional service she provided.
