Guild Energy Anmeldelser

Cannot fault the service in anyway, very helpful. Took all the stress out of me having to get quotes etc myself, they do all the hard work and got me an excellent deal.

I had a problem with one of the suppliers and Craig McVeigh dealt with it quickly and effectively.

Thank you very much

Thank you Stephen Cavanagh

Polite, friendly and efficient service, updating us every step of the way, made our switch over very easy. Definitely recommend Guild Energy.

Had a good experience with Guild Energy. Ashley Donaldson was extremely helpful. Full of advice and listened to what the customer wanted.
Would recommend.

Excellent Service

Stephen was my consultant who was very help full and informative our quotation was hassle free .i would recommend this company very highly

To be honest I haven't had good experiences before but Stephen Cavanagh has made this one a very good experience. It's hard to catch me whilst at work as I see to customers while I'm here and I don't always have time for telephone conversation but Stephen worked with me. Look forward to working with this company and Stephen in the future.

Fantastic customer service, very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Des Harris for sorting great contract with the same energy supplier at a very good price. We would highly recommend Guild Energy services with confidence.

We have been dealing with Des Harris for over 3 months now and cannot fault his service. He is reliable in that he always answers our queries quickly and efficiently. He has a kind manner and nothing is too much trouble. He provides excellent attention to detail and is a complete pleasure to do business with.

I was contacted by Mitch Smith regarding our energy contracts and at the time we were about to move premises so asked him to phone me back a couple of months later. He was not pushy from us to sign up with Guild Energy and he arranged all our contracts with different energy companies to get the best rates and even after more than six months is still sorting out one of our new building for the gas supply.
No messing about for ourselves he sorts it to the best of his ability which is what I needed due to not having knowledge of gas and electricity consumptions.
Would recommend this company everytime. Well done Mitch.

Our experiences with utility agencies and providers have never been good, which is why we can't thank Guild Energy highly enough, and in particular our Accounts Manager, Scott Geyer. We had a really tricky gas meter situation and needed a new commercial gas account setting up with a suitable provider, and Scott sorted out everything perfectly. It wasn't an easy process because of the complexities involved, but Scott hand-held us through the process, was always friendly and supportive and, most importantly, he got the job done and completed properly.

I am happy to say that Ashley Donaldson was extremely helpful and totally professional in dealing with our energy renewal process. In fact, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and got the deal we wanted in spite of other brokers/companies trying to interfere.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

I have worked with Ashley Donaldson on securing a better energy and water deal for some time now and after a previous bad experience with another energy broker (who will remain nameless) I was apprehensive. However Ashley's hard work and dedication to the Charity I represent has restored my faith and I would absolutely use Guild again in the future.

I have worked with Ashley Harrison from Guild Energy. Ashley helped me out with the energy renewal for our social club and all i can say is what an absolute gent! Slick service, competitive prices and a professional persona... top marks!!!

I dealt with Des Harris who provided an excellent service, helpful but not pushy and always explained everything well.

When is comes around to either changing suppliers or coming to the end of an existing contract, we were inundated with pushy companies vying for our business; when you say to these companies they have been beaten, they then offer to match and not offer this in the beginning? This was not the case the Guild Energy. They quoted with a range of options (were the best prices) and then left us alone while we considered it. Very professional, helpful and, as previously mentioned, beat their rivals on price. Will definately use them for a 3rd time when our new contract expires.

Really happy to have Guild energy looking after our Utilities; not just gas and electricity but water too. Our account manager David helps us manage our costs and was instrumental in identifying how we could save money by changing water supplier.

they have been absolutely great, from the time we contacted them to the completion of the agreement. Friendly, helpful, efficient and great prices and service.

What a great experience, so much better than some other companies that I've previously dealt with. John Galvin was excellent, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question... he was upbeat and fun and always put a smile on my face. I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for the business and John was great at talking though my queries. I would certainly recommend you give Guild Energy a try.

I really like Guild Energy. Craig was really, really helpful and answered all my queries, without me feeling he was in it just for the sale. I have used Guild Energy over the past couple of years and will hopefully be using them in the future.

Megan was really helpful and checked all through the process that things were going smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
