Leanne Woods has been exceptional, she has kept us informed every step of the way. We have signed a new Business Gas & Electricity contract through Guild, Leanne has done everything for us, even monitoring our electricity usage to ensure we are correctly billed. With her having a direct account manager with British Gas it has been very helpful and she has even took on an ongoing compliant with them and is dealing with this efficiently and keeping us updated. TO RESPOND TO GUILDS RESPONSE: Absoltue lies that I didn’t want you to carry out my renewal. I have an email from John Hartley from back in May confirming the contract was completed and found out 2 days ago that this wasn’t true, he had lied about it. Your complaints team has already been in touch and accepted full responsibility. This company are not to be trusted.

ORIGINAL POST:Contract was never completed by this company although I was reassured everything was dealt with. Leaving me on a high out of contract price for 7 months. This company are relentless with regards to making contact they put you under a lot of pressure and I can only assume each employee works from commisson.
