If i could give zero i would. Ordered a bench it arrived damaged contacted company no reply so took to paypal . I was offered £29 which is shocking and disgusting. Company want me to pay for return and this is unfair. I will be taking further as this is unacceptable.

After you contacted us regarding the bench, we issued a full refund and arranged collection of the item at our cost in order to resolve the matter promptly.
During the return process, the upholstered seat section provided for collection did not match the original seat pad supplied with the bench. This has been raised with the relevant parties.
We always aim to resolve customer concerns fairly and promptly, which is why a full refund was issued.

Beautiful furniture at a good price, and delivered when promised. As an engineer, I did have a couple of comments about the structural design of a bed that I had purchased - they thanked me for these, and gave every impression of having taken them on board.

Can't fault the company at all. Ordered 6 chairs and they came next day. There was an issue with damages but honestly, rectified without fuss and in time for Christmas. Very happy with the items for the price we paid.

It is difficult to fully appreciate the quality of what you are buying online, however I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase.
Additionally at a time when customer service appears non existent these days and one finds it very difficult to speak to a human being, I must applaud the customer service team at Grosvenor who answered my call and were extremely polite and efficient. There is nothing more infuriating than communicating via chat box. Well done to the customer service team. Maintain the human contact a much more friendly customer experience.
