There seems to of been some confusion at your end because you mentioned to me the wrong company who was responsible for emptying the new bin and you also mentioned that you would call me and never did, that would give anybody the impression that you was not bothered.
I spoke to David and he got the bin relocated on the Park and I even called him to say thanks for a job well done then after that as mentioned above it never got emptied,been a Sales Manager for a lot of years there's things you pick on the way and your Telephone manner was not very convincing that you was taking this seriously hence calling your company on several occasions.

Excuses
I had to send numerous emails to customer services before they believed me. All we wanted was someone to cut overhanging branches that encroach our property by trees belonging Grange estates. The trees have never been pruned in all the 26 years we have lived here.The company gave all kinds of excuses why they shouldn’t or couldn’t do this simple task. Glad to report that the work has now been done.

We can confirm that the trees are inspected each month by our regional Operations Manager to identify any health and safety risk, and also annually by an independent arborist. You are able to cut back any low branches which may encroach into your garden legally, as long as this does not affect the health and stability of the tree

I been sent a bill which happens each year they itemised but they never tell you where is been compeled i have raised a issue with them but possble take 20 days i been here 11 years plus the council taken over 80% of it now cutting grass etc some how i think w3 are been taken for a ride?

Extortionate fees for appalling…
Extortionate fees for appalling service. Dead trees all over the estate, rubbish in the water, damaged fences etc. the list goes on. Not sure how they get away with it.

We cannot thank Greenbelt enough for…
We cannot thank Greenbelt enough for the compassion and care they have shown our community during an incredibly difficult time.
After the heartbreaking loss of a young resident, they supported us in placing a memorial bench within our development — a beautiful, peaceful space where we can sit, reflect, and remember someone taken far too soon. Their kindness and understanding truly meant the world to us.
We live in a large development of over 1,000 homes, and Greenbelt always does a wonderful job maintaining our shared spaces. But in this moment, they showed they are about so much more than maintenance — they showed heart.
A special thank you to Nick, our Community Liaison Manager, who was simply fantastic throughout. His support, sensitivity, and genuine care will not be forgotten.
We are deeply grateful.

Difficult to get responses to queries
I find difficult to get responses from them using the contact options they offer in their portal. I will probably get a response here quicker than using the formal channels.
I requested more info on the significant annual charge increase this year, and I am still waiting for any sort of reply, nothing after a week. It is not the first time I am ignored, and year after year the annual charge increases.
Not sure what is the annual increase that can be applied to the bill without contacting the owners, but we definitely are not happy on how this has been managed over these years of constantly increasing bills with very little capacity to react from our side.
Re maintenance works, I only contacted them a couple of times about some gardening elements that required some attention, and the first respond was wrong (they sent me a map from a different state) and the second time they didn't try to help.
I am not happy I must say. I say the person from Greenbelt replying in Trustpilot is very nice, hopefully the admin fee we pay in our bills go to this person.

Similar to many industries, our billing is also affected by inflation and the current cost of living. If you review your bill you will also be able to see where items have increased as the overall cost is listed as well as the cost to you as an individual. There is the addition of non routine charges which are not factored into the routine maintenance, these works can cause your bill to increase.

Gardeners arrived in force everyone knew their own job and what to do.Shrubs had not been attended to for many years and the difference is unbelievable.
