Fence repair
I phoned Greenbelt to say a fence in our estate was damaged. Less than 2 hours later they sent someone out to repair it and it looks good as new. Great service.

Water rebate
Greenbelt are about to take over management of our Close. We had a site meeting hosted by Nick Upton. In the meeting he informed us that we have a Suds system in our Close and that was the reason we had soak aways around the Close. As we have the Suds system he suggested that we contact Anglian Water as we should not be charged for surface water collection. So in the back of this I did contact Anglian Water and after a few emails back and forth they have now come back to me saying they agree we have a Suds system and we should never of been charged for Surface Water collections. The result is I have received a refund for all the years I have been here and going forward I will not have Surface Water charged to my account
So it’s a great start by Nick and Greenbelt

Invading tree roots
I have just been reading some reviews about this company after leaving my review.
All the good reviews we're aimed at lots of different "staff" on the many many occasions that I have either phoned or emailed my concerns I was only able to speak.to the same person never able to speak to her superior.
I think she was working from.home.

This company likes to put fake 5 star reviews
This company likes to put fake 5 star ratings in this to try and keep people from knowing that they are so bad, money grabbing and never do the work they are supposed to do. The fake ones are so obvious that they are as there is never lots of information. Our estate never looks great - the sub contractor (Kene) which are based in the Lothians, can whizz over the grass in seconds and doesnt cut it properly. Yet we are asked to pay £42.72 a month for this dismal service. They are total con artists. £95 per house is charged for administrative fees. That is roughly £25,650 for this estate alone - ridiculous - everything is done online. Remember also they also own Persimmon Homes - and everyone knows they are like paper houses.
Before Greenbelt ask me to confirm I am real - its Ferryfields Estate. The information I have provided above will be enough to know that.

Permission Granted
I phoned Greenbelt to ask if it was ok to install a timber strut in a communal shrub bed to support a length of fence which was swaying in the wind. As the fence backs onto my garden, I will have to pay for the replacement fence should it fail. David Condon was so helpful and came back to me within the hour having spoken to the operations manager and advised I had permission providing there was no damage to the shrub bed. He also followed it up with an email confirming permission had been granted. I really appreciated this as it allows me to take preventative action and hopefully delay the cost of replacing the fence.
