Very helpful staff who managed to set up an affordable policy for me even with a recent TT99 ban. Passad (sorry if spelling is wrong) worked hard to sort everything out for me, managed to apply some discount, and was very informative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Gotyoucovered to anyone looking for an affordable policy with driving convictions.

Excellent service from Lewis who handled my policy from start to finish. As someone with a complicated driving history, finding affordable comprehensive cover isn't easy, but Lewis was patient, thorough and upfront about everything. He explained the options clearly, got me a competitive quote with Allianz, and had the whole thing set up within the call. Documents came through straight away. Highly recommend — if you're in a tricky situation with your insurance, these are the people to call. Ask for Lewis.

I’d like to leave some positive feedback for Got You Covered. They managed to secure me the best insurance rate I could find, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The team were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, they made me feel like they genuinely had the customer’s best interests at heart and were working for me rather than the insurer.

The whole process was clear, smooth and fast, and I felt confident throughout that I was getting real value for my money. Their customer service honestly deserves 10 stars.

I was concerned regarding the large increase in my holiday cottage insurance premium this year, but, after very constructive discussions with Talib Malik, the premium was revised to a point actually below my 2025 premium...thank you Talib for listening to my concerns and for achieving such a reduction.

The person that helped me was very clear and helped me through the process which took more than 30 minutes to confirm and sign.

I was given a quote on compare the market but to continue I had to call direct to got you covered. My call was answered by Brad and he could not have been more helpful. Some details o had entered on my quote needed amending and this severely affected my quote. The quote was that high that Brad wouldn’t even tell me the figures. Instead he said he’d call me back once he’d phoned around specialist companies. In total Brad must have spent about an hour in total phoning different companies and negotiating and kept me in the loop while doing so with regular phone calls to update me. As a result he managed to get my insurance premium down to an affordable price. The deposit was still really high though but Brad gave me options which included paying half and spreading the remainder over the year. He explained everything in detail and could not have been more helpful. Any other company I’m sure would probably be on commission and just told me there was nothing they could do but Brad took the time to call around. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. It was nice to speak to a person rather than it be automated and the person speak English that I could understand. Very happy customer.

Dealt with Alex Vilar! Could not reccomend him enough what an absolute gent of a man. I was a bit nervous about getting back onto the road with convictions, Bad credit, CCJ's, a cancelled insurance policy and a CLAIM! . I had called the compamy a month prior and the quote i got was abit pricy like the rest. I tried again spoke to Alex and there was no judgement as i explained each of my convictions/situations. Just a laugh and a joke about it all and life and he even managed to get the price down from the previous month which made it more reasonable for me and my circumstances. I cant remember the first guys name i spoke to initally but he was just as nice as alex. Signing up was a breeze! Hope fully i shouldnt have to speak to them again but if i do i hope the rest of the team lives up to the bars some of these guys are setting 🫡 #AMEN
