Great member of staff very helpful & communicative easy to work with to get my insurance on my motor.

My call with Andrew was one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had in a very long time. He listened to the queries, helped me every step and explained everything untill I understood.

I don’t know anything about cars so it was really appreciated speaking to someone who had so much knowledge on every question I asked.

Although I had to call to confirm my cover Jadon was absolutely lovely. Very professional and patient. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms. I would definitely recommend this company for car insurance they halved my other quotes

Talking to a very helpful real person by phone is much better for me than dealing with some AI chatbot online and that counts for a lot. Genuine advice and service and the ability to ask questions in real time is actually more efficient for me. There's no computer says no issues and time is money for me so it's actually very efficient

Overall the competitive price and efficiency of the organisation made the experience impressive.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. I had the worse experience with this company. Waited over an hour on the phone to get through to them, the details I gave on the comparison website were no different to the details I shared to the guy over the phone, however the price they gave on the comparison website is bollocks, unrealistic, they only just want you to call. They are a broker not an insurer either. They should not be on a comparison website from the beginning. I had one of the worse calls with these guys, glad not to be dealing with them again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING your time!!

An extremely helpful person, having dealt with my situation in a quick and time efficient manner, at the same time being very courteous and polite. Got you covered should consider her for a raise or some sort of compensation.

Really friendly staff who went above and beyond to get me the best price they could on my car insurance and managed to get me the cheapest policy compared to anywhere else! Couldn’t be more grateful for their help and they’re wonderful customer service would highly recommend!

I had gentlemen called Andrew look after my enquiry for car insurance and honestly he was fantastic, he went above and beyond to help me and get the correct insurance cover for my new car, he did all he could to get the best price and if all the advisors are like him you won’t go wrong using this company.

My old insurance wasn’t the best company to be with so i decided to change! The guy I spoke to on the phone was absolutely amazing and could have helped me anymore if he tried. Was a 10/10 experience and I’m glad to be insured by a much better company
