We love Go Outdoors because it's Dog…
We love Go Outdoors because it's Dog Friendly for our pooch Pickle! But also because it has such a great range. We found lots of great sale items from big brands like Columbia and we're able to use both our members price AND blue light discount. Our cashier Laura reminded us about the blue light, so all up we saved well over 100 quid! All the staff are friendly and never too busy to help.

Buying Waterproof Jackets
The item I wanted to look at was under tagged security, I had to find a member of staff to untag it. Debz came straight over to untag it - they really helpful and cheerful too!
They offered additional help with how to use the Nikwax waterproofing cleaner and re-proofing products which was useful.
Then very quickly served at the checkouts by Laura, who again was a very kind and cheerful employee, who advised us on the additional savings we could have made.

Took a bit of searching to find the items we were after and had to wait a while to pay as only one person on the tills. We were served by a very helpful and informative Sophie who showed great patience as my husband didn't give his email correctly at first.

Had a great experience today; Freya at the checkouts was SUPER lovely - she was very friendly, calm and helpful 😊 I'm not very tech savvy so she helped me with my apps and showed me what to do, she didn't rush me or make me feel like a nuisance, really lovely person - I'll definitely be coming back 😊

I ordered a bike and it wasn't perfect…
I ordered a bike and it wasn't perfect so after waiting for various attempts to make it ready for purchase, I eventually was able to ride it away.
Shaun tried everything possible to fix the faulty handlebar stem and kept in constant contact with, explaining what he was doing, and always apologising. After seeing this wasn't going to work I ordered another replica bike and he was able to replace the faulty one. The customer service was excellent

The customer service in the norwich…
The customer service in the norwich store is second to none. The manager was so patient with my son who had many questions when buying his first tent. I have brought my children's bikes here - the care an attention we recieved was excellent. All staff have a genuine interest in customer care and I feel staff always go above and beyond. If you are in need of expert product advice for camping gear, tents or bikes - head to this Norwich Store!

Bought a tent but decided to return &…
Bought a tent but decided to return & purchase a different one having not removed from bag. Returned tent checked by staff but was found used. This means it has been returned previously to Norwich store unchecked & put back in stock to sell. Go Outdoors wouldn't refund as it was used.
