I’ve been dealing with Darren M.. he has been amazing &
sorted the FIT Transfer out for my property. It’s been a difficult one but we got there!! His communication has been brilliant.. He kept me updated all the way through.. He called me & was very friendly & polite.

I think the company is very good but we would love to use your App but cannot down load for various reasons!
I think the company is very good but I can never get past the email address as it will not allow my passwords to be accepted when trying to open an account. What ever password I try it is rejected.
Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to submit our reading via your app?

We have been using Good energy for the last 10 years for FIT solar payments. We have had batteries fitted recently and Sonu was great helping with the change over. Lots of information and advice was provided by Sonu. Even though it was a complex process, everything went smoothly once all the information required had been provided. Thank you Sonu.

A good experience with Good Energy
I phoned Good Energy because I was still being charged for gas on estimated bills after my gas supply had ended.
I spoke to Sony who was efficient and friendly. She got the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
