Easy to find options to contact the company. Sent an email early hours of Sunday morning had a fully comprehensive, and easy to understand reply before 9am from a real person ON A SUNDAY! Thank you Donna M for your help. This is the company to use for green, ethical, British energy and still cheaper than many.

This company is amazing. I moved from octopus energy. Good energy are extremely understanding of your circumstances unlike other companys who just continue to pressure you into paying when your struggling including British gas and OVO. I am relieved that I have finally found a decent energy supplier after an awful long time of looking. Very affordable too maybe the lowest of the bunch. Thankyou so much good energy. If anyone is on this page reading reviews because they are unsure whether to switch to good energy I highly recommend you do as I did not regret my switchover but what I did regret was switching to many other companys before I found good energy.

I've been with G/E for the past year…
I've been with G/E for the past year with no issues at all. Their site with my electricity usage is very good and they communicate with ease with real British speaking people. However, it is new tariff time and G/E has gone expensive. Last year G/E was the company to go for. Now it is EDF AND THEY ARE FRENCH ! Why ? All my Facebook buddies are abandoning ship for the Frenchies !

Faultless Service
I called telephone helpline with a query around moving house/transferring FIT payment. Call was answered immediately with no long wait, the person who took my call (Jemma S) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And she (as she said she would) sent me a follow-up email immediately with the form I needed. If only other utility companies and other household service providers were so good. A breath of fresh air.
