Excellent workmanship and customer service
Enock, TJ and Karl worked extremely well together to install our solar panels. They introduced themselves, shook hands, and were polite throughout. They explained the work involved and discussed issues arising from the surveyor's survey before suggesting and going ahead with an agreed solution. They arrived at the expected time and started preliminary work immediately. They were very focused on what had to be achieved and completed the work within 2 days, as expected. An excellent job!!

Really helpful and reliable
After my Tesla battery failed and my original installer messed up the replacement, these guys came to the rescue, took over the site and fixed the installation. Absolutely wonderful people, especially Russell who was helpful throughout.

Incredibly helpful staff
I was transferring my Mum from British Gas to Good Energy for both electricity and gas. We already had our own energy account with Good Energy and I wanted to ensure the 2 accounts were separate but with the same contact details as I have PofA for Mum.
Claire D at Good Energy couldn't have been more helpful. From the first enquiry through to setting up the account and ensuring a smooth transition. Mums account is linked to our own and I can access both with one click of a button on our Good energy account. Being able to have a conversation with a real (and extremely helpful) person - this time by emails - is so refreshing in this age of chatbots.
Would definitely recommend Good Energy and am very grateful to Claire D for all her assistance and patience.
