Good telephone experience

As a vulnerable customer I was notified immediately regarding the warm home discount application opening. The next day after submission got a lovely email from Nessa to say that application has been processed and discount applied to next bill. Thank you Nessa

Customer Service Experience
I have been a customer of Good Energy since 2019 and have received FiT payments during this period and have always had a good customer experience.
In January 2026 I decided to upgrade the existing solar system I have with additional solar panels, battery storage, a Powerwall and Gateway complete with a EV charger.
The planning and installation by JPS Renewable Energy Limited and Good Energy was excellent and the service in the lead up to and during the works was very professional.
Once the installation was completed I then requested for Good Energy to refresh my FiT generation and also put me on to the Solar Savings Exclusive (SEG) tariff.
For some reason since July 2026 my previous requests to complete this process had not been followed up and I had not been given the correct information at the time regarding the requirement for a smart meter to also be fitted which is now in the process of being rectified.
I fully understand that from time to time things do not quite go to plan and for me it is how a company deals with any issues when they are raised.
In this case over the past week, I have been speaking with Gifty to fully understand my current situation and issues which now appear to be nearing a resolution.
I would therefore like to thank Good Energy and in particular Gifty for the support and help that has been provided this week.
