Completed offers showing as earned, but no Sweeps Coins credited
I’m extremely frustrated with Golden Hearts Games. I completed multiple promotional offers through the offer wall, and the offers themselves show that the milestones were completed.
One offer specifically says “All milestones complete! You've earned 11.25 Sweeps Coins!” Another completed milestone shows a 4.97 Sweeps Coin reward with a green checkmark.
Despite the system showing these offers as completed, the credits have not been added to my Sweeps Coins balance.
I have screenshots documenting everything, including the completed status and the amounts supposedly earned.
I have contacted support and am requesting that the missing credits be properly investigated and manually credited. At this point, I don't feel comfortable completing additional offers when the system can show that I've earned the reward but not actually deliver it.
Golden Hearts Games: please fix this and credit the Sweeps Coins that your own offer system says I earned.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

This place sucks you can spend hundreds only to hit 10 or so the entire time. Definitely not worth playing. All the online sweeps casinos are the same scams

This experience has been so fun and I’ve enjoyed just the excitement. I’ve won so and lost some but it’s all a game and I’m here for it! I won 150. Paid out the next morning. I have no negatives. No verification issues, no delays on payouts. They don't process during the weekend but they are very clear about that and that's okay with me.

I would love to give GHG 5 stars but I’ve had issues verifying my documents and now I can’t play at all. I won roughly $4,000 and when I went to redeem some of it, they asked me to verify my identity and suspended my account. Now I can’t play at all and that’s disappointing. I sent my documents multiple times and still haven’t heard anything. The difficult part is, my drivers license doesn’t match my address because I’m active duty military so I have a feeling the people (or AI) working verifications doesn’t understand. Overall, I love the games and would love to play, just need them to unlock my account!
