It was such a wonderful day! I felt very nervous beforehand, but the staff immediately put me at ease. The team were down-to-earth, friendly, and incredibly welcoming.

I absolutely loved my hair and makeup — Carmän was superb. My photographer, Asha, was amazing and made me feel relaxed and confident throughout the shoot. It was a truly empowering experience.

Chantelle, who guided me through my finished photos, was so kind and genuinely customer-focused. What an incredible team of women. Thank you, Glow Up, you have given me the confidence boost I needed. I will treasure these memories and photos forever.

Winning their Christmas contest brought me such joy, and from the initial phone call, they were incredibly supportive and reassuring. Today's events have truly been exceptional. Connecting with Mandy, my coordinator, was delightful, and working with the talented hair and makeup artist, along with the photographer, was remarkable. I even had a chat with Chantelle, the owner, who was so complimentary and made me feel fantastic about my photos. I opted for the boudoir package and felt completely at ease throughout the experience. It was genuinely fun, and I can't wait to return.

I was so nervous for this photoshoot but all the ladies are amazing and so welcoming.

Carmen made me feel amazing with beautiful makeup and was so much fun! Asha was amazing at creating a calming atmosphere and really helped to calm my nerves and help grow my confidence.

Ive had such a lovely and exhilarating day and id recommended the studios to anyone. Especially those who are a bit nervous!!

I enjoyed the experience of getting my makeup done and having the photoshoot itself and the ladies that worked in the studio were lovely! I would definitely recommend the experience!

However, I was originally booked in months before and turned up to the studio on time for my appointment but they were running behind by a couple of hours so I decided to go back home (which is an hour away).

When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment I was at the studio for 4 1/2 hours, with half of that time waiting around really. It would be ideal to let people know how long the whole process takes on average so it's better to plan. I was there for a while and was only offered a tea/coffee once at the start but then nothing else the whole time I was there and due to the time in the day I became very hungry! (10:00-14:30)

Finally, be prepared for the prices of the photos which I totally was not ready for haha! At the end when my photos were ready (which were all great!), it was incredibly difficult to choose just 1 photo that was included in what I had "won" after only seeing them once and not being able to see them all next to each other to compare. They were very expensive!

If not the photos, I'd recommend it for the experience as long as this feedback helps to improve the process and services at the studio.

I didn’t even eat before coming in because I was all nerves and anxiety but they really made me comfortable before and throughout the shoot that I felt like I just breezed through it easily. Wouldn’t have done it without your help and guidance. Thank you!

I was a prize winner with their festive Christmas giveaway and from the first phone call I was given support and reassurance. I can honestly say that today's experience has been the best, from my communication with Mandy my co-ordinator for today to the amazing hair and makeup artist and photographer. I even got to talk with Chantelle, the company owner and she did nothing but big my pictures up and reassure me on how good I looked. I chose the boudoir package and there was not one second that I was nervous to gwt my clothes off. I honestly had so much fun and will definitely be coming again.

It was thrilling and I felt so comfortable with the poses they had me do. I’ve never felt so beautiful and sexy as I did today. I’m really grateful for the service I received and highly recommend for a first time boudoir shoot.

It was my first ever photoshoot, and everyone at Glow Up Studios is lovely. The lady at reception was amazing - she made the best hot chocolate and even helped me find my way there. The rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable right from the start and talked me through every single step.
The makeup artist was incredible too; she was so nice and friendly that I felt like I'd known her for years, even though we'd just met. The photographer was great as well, guiding me through all the poses perfectly. This was honestly the best experience of my life, and I can't wait to do it again!

Loved the entire experience. Everybody was so lovely, I really couldn’t recommend it more. The biggest confidence booster I ever could have imagined and would jump at the opportunity to do it again.

There was a bit of waiting around at the beginning but it was so worth it!!! From getting your makeup done to the actual photo shoot everything just feels so magical! The staff are all absolutely lovely and the actual photoshoot makes you feel so empowered. I really would recommend this to anyone looking to either boost their confidence and/or celebrate themselves. I've never felt so sexy!

Lovely staff, pampered and looked after from start to finish. I was nervous for the shoot but my photographer was lovely and told me where to go with poses which made me feel at ease. Really enjoyed it.

It was a lovely experience, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I walked in nervous and when we finished I felt sorry I didn’t do it earlier. Go do this!! It will boost your confidence!!

Everyone was so welcoming, and so kind. We felt awkward going in but soon was put at ease by the staff. The makeup artist was so lovely talking me through the process, and the photographer was wonderful in helping is relax and us giggling through the session

Der Grund für die Bewertung ist die bewusste Wahl des Versanddienstleisters DPD.
Für mich ist DPD der unzuverlässigste Versanddienstleister – mein Paket hängt seit Tagen fest und bewegt sich nicht.

Das ist für mich leider kein Einzelfall:
Mit DPD habe ich in der Vergangenheit zu etwa 70 % schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, festhängende Sendungen und fehlende Bewegung sind für mich bei DPD nahezu Standard.

Mir ist bewusst, dass Glow Up Studio nicht DPD ist. Mir ist aber ebenso bewusst, dass die Wahl des Versanddienstleisters eine freie Entscheidung des Shops ist.
Für diese Entscheidung ziehe ich mindestens zwei Sterne ab. (Das DPD so schlecht ist, ist Welt bekannt)

Selbst wenn Produkt und restlicher Service am Ende überzeugen sollten, wäre für mich aufgrund des Versands maximal ein Stern nach oben möglich.

Sollte sich an der Lieferung oder der Versandwahl künftig etwas ändern, bin ich bereit, die Bewertung anzupassen.

Hätte ich vor der Bestellung gewusst, dass ausschließlich mit DPD versendet wird, hätte ich hier gar nicht erst bestellt.

Amazing! Honestly I was so nervous before this experience, had a lot of troubles this year. But everyone made me feel so at ease, I felt so sexy and confident during the shoot. Basically the opposite of how I normally feel 😂 everyone is lovely especially the photographer!
I initially won the runners up prize but got upgraded to the 1st prize winner. If anyone is debating a shoot with them all I can say is do it!
