GHD Repair by Fogma Ltd Anmeldelser

Just wanted to say that I had excellent service from this repair company. The answer to my telephone questions were informative. My hairdryer was returned within three days - unbelievable.

Such a brilliant service!!! So happy to have my ghd’s fixed! I was worried I would have to spend a lot more to get a new pair! They are working just as they use to!

Highly recommended and quick service and GHD gold straighteners working like new again

From start to finish I cannot fault this company, so quick and efficient and reasonably priced. Sent them off first class special delivery and they came back all repaired 2 days later. Epic. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a brilliant service, after messaging a reply came back almost immediately, went through the process on line and paid for the repair service and posted on a Saturday morning they received the item on the Monday and after a brief email exchange in what was required the repairs were carried out and received them back on Wednesday morning fully repaired excellent service with communication, price couldn’t ask for more great service, Thank you

Amazing service and experience, inexpensive and straightforward can’t recommend highly enough and I now have a happy wife and daughters again!

Very efficient and easy. Post it off and it comes back all fixed and ready to go! For £29.99 this is a fantastic service and I’m so pleased to finally get my straighteners working again!

Just had my GHDs repaired.
Sent on the Friday and have received them back this morning Tuesday.
Great service and price. I would highly recommend the company which I found watching a YouTube video
Sooo !!!!!!! pleased I have not had to buy new ones

Order a couple of GHD parts online. Dispatched 2 hours later & received by free first class post next day. Amazing service at a good price.

I am unbelievably impressed with the service and communication received from Trevor. I sent the GHDs off on the Tuesday and they were back , repaired and beautifully and carefully packaged, with an email detailing what work was carried out, by Thursday the same week. It’s rare to receive such fantastic customer service, where there is not one single part of the transaction or service that you would change!!

Thank you again for your amazing skill and speediness, I will be recommending your services to anyone that will listen!!

Kindest regards

Incredible service! Sent them on Thurs afternoon and received them back quicker than it would have been had I ordered a brand new pair! Plus it saved mine going into landfill as well as saving me a lot of money
Highly recommend

Excellent service. Posted my GHD’s on a Wednesday, they were repaired and back with me on Friday

Huge thank you to Trevor for fixing my GHDs!!

If I'm being honest, repair wasn't something I was considering. After mine started randomly faulting, I had just assumed I would just need to buy new ones and was checking the costs of a new pair when I came across the repair service website by accident. I started researching as I didn't want to waste more money if it wasn't a reliable fix as mine sadly wasn't as simple as they just 'broke' - there were two different faults happening and the issue was intermittent, working in my own home but refusing to cooperate in others (I travel between locations). The reviews spoke for themselves so I decided to trust the process and give it a go.

The turnaround was amazingly fast - I posted them Tuesday evening, they received Thursday morning. They were fixed immediately after receipt and returned that afternoon, which I then received back on Friday morning.

So impressed with the service and would recommend to everyone.

Very speedy turn around fixing my ghd gold straighteners

Great service. My hairdryer was blowing out cold air. As I live local I was able to drop it off and pick back up in the same afternoon fully working. Will definitely recommend and certainly cheaper than buying a new one.

Very happy with the service.
My GHDs died when using them so I looked online about repairing and had the repair-replace debate. The key for me was sustainability - it is much better to repair rather than replace and I am so glad I did. I found GHD repair online, checked out their reviews and the service was exactly as described. I shipped them on Monday afternoon, and on Friday morning I have them back all repaired, PAT tested, and ready to use.
I have MK5 gold straighteners and highly recommend you use GHD repair if yours are looking to be on the way out. It is both financially and environmentally friendly, plus you get to support a small business. Win all round in my book!

Absolutely brilliant. Could see potential spare part to fit on website, but had small concern it might not be compatible. Trevor replied to my email enquiry within a couple of hours, helping me to verify the part would fit.
Commendable ... but, since the part only retails at £10, a most impressive service. THANKS. Brilliant.

Really helpful honest service with option to supply parts only or full repair.
Excellent turnaround time.
Over the years I've used a few times and can thoroughly recommend

What a service, I posted my wife's Straighteners on the Monday and I got them back on the Wednesday. What an amazing turn around and while this was all happening I had constant email updates. Extremely professional 100% Recommend this company. And fully refurbished like new.

Fantastic service - straightforward process, efficient service and fixed my straighteners, I couldn't ask for more! Honestly I was dubious about paying and then sending my straighteners off...but a friend had used the service and recommended it to me and I'm so pleased they did, it saved me a fortune! Thank you so much!
