Excellent service, really fast turnaround and highly recommended

I sent in my GHD blow dry brush for a cable replacement and when returned it wasn't working, so I returned it and it was sent back fixed. I was warned it was difficult to change the cable so this wasn't the problem, it was the unfriendly manner in which it was dealt with. Trevor was very abrupt on the phone, adamant it wasn't his fault, told me it must have got damaged in the post (despite being packed up incredibly well), and refused to cover return postage despite it being a lot and his responsibility having returned a product that didn't turn on. The issue with the brush wasn't the main problem, it was his communication which overall made it a very unpleasant experience. I attempted to email but was ignored.

Had my hairdryer repaired and returned early May. Didn't use for a while as put in a 'guest bedroom' as I had purchased something else. However, 3 months on decided to use and test it out.

It's been fine since using at beginning of August, but is now making the shrilling noise again on the 'low and cool' setting (this is the same noise it was sent for repair for).

No idea why...... I have been so careful to take precautions ie: let it cool down before switching off, ensuring no dust when not in use and remove cover to remove debris etc. But once again that horrible noise has returned.

So don't know what has happened to make it react the same as before.... must admit I am disappointed and bewildered as it has not had 3 months of use yet!

So impressed with this service. I placed an order Monday to fix my straighteners that weren’t heating up properly. I didn’t receive a confirmation and suspected I’d mis typed my email so emailed the next morning, I had a quick response with the confirmation order number. Posted late Tuesday afternoon by Thursday I’d received an email stating what work had been done and informing me that they were to be returned to me. Arrived Friday totally fixed and as good as new. This company was recommended to me and I would 100% recommend them.

This company's service is outstanding and their economic repair of Ghd hair straighteners sets them way above the other on line companies purporting to do the same thing. Their service and communication is fantastic.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received

Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received. I sent my straighteners off on Saturday morning using second-class tracked post and received a text on Monday morning confirming they had arrived. They were repaired and sent back out on Tuesday afternoon, again with a text to keep me updated, and were back with me by Wednesday.

Along with the repaired straighteners, I received a checklist detailing the problem area and the work carried out, which I really appreciated.

The communication throughout was excellent and the turnaround was incredibly efficient. From posting them on Saturday to having them repaired and back with me on Wednesday, I really couldn't have asked for better service.

I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Posted, repaired and returned in three days. They came back as good as new, with a full explanation as to what was faulty and replaced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again. Return postage was included in the price.

I’ve used this company a few times for ghd straighteners and a hairdryer. Always such quick service and have my items back working good as new within a few days. Can’t give enough praise to what these guys do. Such a great service at fantastic price. I thought my Wife’s 20+ years GHD’s had seen their last days and was apprehensive about purchasing a new pair as feedback wasn’t great on the quality of new ones. However, after scanning the internet I found this company sent them off and had them back in full working order 2 days later.

Brilliant service - thank you! I found this company via Google after my GHD Platinum+ suddenly started flashing red and switching off during use. I sent my GHD’s first class on Thursday afternoon and they were received, repaired and returned to me by Tuesday morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future!

Fast and reliable, always amazingly quick to diagnose, fix and repair. I think this is the 3rd time I’ve used you to repair my partners straighteners in 15 years. GHD are not the most reliable and it doesn’t help when the cat chews the cable! This time it was the new straighteners, and a new problem. Sent on Monday, repaired on Tuesday, returned on Wednesday. Amazing.

I really recommend this company! They will tell you the details of what was wrong with your GHD and how they repaired. The service was prompt and very reasonable pricing. When I had another problem, Mr Trevor gave me a reply immediately and sorted out.

The website is straightforward and really easy to navigate. I selected and ordered my repair on Wednesday, returned the GHDs that day and they were back fully repaired on the Friday - 48 hour turnaround is incredible. Communication and instructions were fantastic too. Excellent value for money as well. Could not fault anything at all - I would highly recommend
