Good quality has dipped. Prices are horrible. Overall downward trajectory. Disappointed. This used to be my favourite spot with friends.

Food was so good

The food was really good and the staff gave great customer service at the Leytonstone branch.

Worst experienced at Chadwell Heath branch.

While waiting at the counter to place an order, two female members of staff were chatting with each other and made no effort to take my order. I waited for few minutes, but they continued their conversation and showed no concern for customers waiting. I left the shop immediately without placing an order.

There behaviour was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.

the meat is raw never eating this shit again

I have made multiple orders for collection. They have only packed part of my order. When I called them back, they mentioned they would fulfill my order when I visited the restaurant next time. But when I went again, they said that the person had left the store and would not be able to give me my outstanding order, and they would have to verify it.

I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is.

The delivery guy could not find my address despite being in same road according to him!
He was speaking with me on phone claiming that he was at my front door, funny, as I was standing at my front door and no-one was there..........
No food, no phone call to explain and now ignoring all my attempts for resolution.
My order cost £14.83 including £2 TIP. They offered me a voucher for £10. WHAT A SHAMBLES, SO HOW THEY DEAL WITH PROBLEMS IS TO IGNORE THEM.
This is the store in Weston High street.
My understanding of the law is that if you offer a service and charge for it, you enter into an agreement!!! I want my money back GDK

Staff were very friendly and helpful

I went upper tooting branch. Food Not bad, witnessed manager shout at front of house staff which was very rude.

Quite possibly the worst kebab experience of my life. Meat was cold, rubbery and tasteless. Gave me very bad stomache. Over priced and with the "meal" I got literally 15 fries. Abseloute garbage. Do not order from them and do not eat in. Staff are rude.

Food was delivered quickly, it was very tasty as always. Highly recommended!!! Sauces are the best!

I often visit new branch in Leytonstone, and all the staff members are very kind. Especially Ruqiya, who always helps with any orders and very supportive.

Visited the Clydebank store and the food was amazing but hat off to Jana he made sure my food was good and she even helped me pick something nice and yip it was top drawer I’ll definitely be back again thanks again jana for your help and customer service 👌

Portion sizes are actually laughable. We both, genuinely, sat laughing at how small the portions were. Absolutely embarrassing from GDK. Absolutely nothing German about it, or Turkish, or any sort of National dish. Just a fancy lable with horrendous food.

I went in GDK, Edgware Rd London. I asked for the hash brown bites and a doner burger, eat in. When the food came the mash was piping hot but I took a piece of the donner meat from the edge of the bun and it was cold. I took the bun back to the counter straight away and the lady said "I'll bring you another one". A few minutes later she returned and when I touched the meat again it was not properly hot. I said I want a refund and to speak to the manager. I was told he was not in.
I returned an hour later. He protested "look at the donners, you see them cooking". I told him you can't be serving people cold meat, especially on a day like this (there was a bitter wind outside), I want a refund.
He agreed and took my receipt and processed the refund.
I had to say to him "I didn't hear an apology from you".
He then said "I'm sorry for the trouble you have had"
They need to buck up their ideas. Westminster food hygiene need to pay them a visit!!!!

West Bromwich gdk absolutely amazing thanks to puiu,Albert,Anisha.
I always travel from hallgreen to West Bromwich specially for this branch as you will not get good like this anywhere else . Puiu in the kitchen always extra cooks the donner for me as the way I like it . Five stars to these guys thankyou so much to all the staff ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How annoying? I eaten many kebabs from Gdk places but get my order wrong what a waste of money 😔

Got a delivery from the place in Clydebank it got delivered to wrong house left it outside in the cold food is cold driver should not be a driver don’t order from this place ever again do not order from this place ever again we dint get are juice and driver was cheeky I told him where my house was and he was really rude I will not ordering from this place ever ever again
