I recently purchased a house through Fine & Country, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of expertise and customer service they provided. Their professionalism was exceptional throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Jade and Sherry, who kept me consistently informed and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly. Their support made the experience far less stressful, not only for the sellers but for me as the buyer as well.

I have recently sold my house near Carlisle and was supported through the whole experience with the Fine & Country team in Carlisle . Their service and friendly but professional manner was 2nd to none. I cannot praise the whole team enough especially Rosie who went the extra mile. Fine & Country sold my house with two offers only two weeks in. Kate did a wonderful job coordinating and managing everything, from the marketing to viewings to answering questions over the several months before the completion. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional at all times. Highly recommended if you want to sell a property that's a fit for their market (the more unique or rural type). They understand their section of the market very well and how to sell within it.

From the start to the finish of the sale Ed, Helen and the team were professional, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. They promised a service over and above the norm and they delivered this for sure, we couldn’t have wished for more.

Really good service and follow up, very pleased with a no stress purchase

Sheldon was a great help through the selling process particularly as only one of the family was living nearby the property being sold. We relied heavily on updates and his communication about status was always clear and reassuring. From our perspective he seems always to go the extra mile to keep the buyer on board and move the process forward.

Having just exchanged contracts for the sale of our property, I cannot thank the Diss office of Fine and Country and in particuar Laura for their/her help and support during what was a rather long and stressful process! This is my third attempt at resolving the situation. Having been contacted by the local agent last Thursday and accepting responsibility via phone, he kindly agreed to go away and consider a contribution towards the invoice. I was feeling positive that a wrong was going to be put right. Having incurred a bill of £1,000 as a direct result of being let down by Fine & Country, I received an email today offering a £250 contribution to the bill, on the condition that I remove my 1 star review. An absolute insult. I simply asked that the wrong doing was rectified and that the bill was settled, following agreement that Fine & Country were at fault. The email goes on to state that a 1 star review is damaging for the business... I had no hot water nor heat in winter with a young daughter .... Fine & Country you need to shine a light on your ethical practice.

F&C West Malling. Absolutely Fabulous. So pleased we chose F&C. Michael, Emma and Karen were fantastic. Exceptionally professional every step of the way. Managed to secure full asking price from the first person through the door. Massive shout to Michael Commons who went over and above to get the sale over the line. Communication was second to none. Would always pick up the phone or respond to emails promptly. Managed a difficult situation at a stressful time when all around them others failed. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best. It’s a false economy to go with alternatives. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a house in the Diss area, and Tania from Fine & Country was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand our requirements and showed us properties that were genuinely suitable. We soon found the right house and were able to complete the purchase, and we’re absolutely delighted with our new home.

My experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory and has raised serious concerns regarding professional conduct and transparency.
During the offer stage of a house I had viewed the seller Peter Perera of Perera property investments ltd informed Greg Perrins the agent that he could share with me a previous offer that had been made, the information influenced the amount I then put forward, my offer was excepted but during the exchange in paperwork between solicitors the seller used old paperwork from the previous sale which didn't complete, the price had been elevated by £10,000 when it was told to me by the agent who would have also know that it was incorrect.
This is misrepresentation !
Anyway, this has turned out to be the least of my worries, approximately 9 months after purchasing the house I discovered the property suffers from a infestation of cluster flies and ladybirds.At no point during the purchase process was this matter disclosed to me despite its material relevance.

working though this I have also discovered the seller to have purchased there new property from fine and country, I mean how convenient is that for everyone !! well everyone except me, they managed to get 2 properties over the finish line no matter what it took or who it damaged!
I expect honesty, clarity, and integrity from any professional and seller involved in a property transaction. regrettable my experience falls considerably short of these standards.
I would strongly advise potential clients to exercise considerable caution and to independently verify any key information provided by this agency.

This year, I was in the position of needing to sell our beautiful island home on the death of my husband, a difficult thing to do. Chrissie Taylor at the Fine and Country Isle of Wight office was sensitive to this, and being a ‘newbie’ at selling a property (my husband had always taken on this role in the past), steered me through each stage of the process and gave me the confidence I needed that I could do this. She was friendly and very professional, prompt to respond to written or telephonic communication, and in a difficult market, helped me to land that elusive acceptable offer. This is where Heather Banning, the sales progressor took over, equally professional and responsive. Despite just two parties being involved, it was a challenging five months to exchange, but Heather was tenacious and kept up the pressure to get the sale over the finishing line, towards the end communicating almost daily with my solicitor, the buyer’s law firm and the buyer. She deserves a medal! I would have no hesitation in recommending Fine and Country Isle of Wight for their excellent, friendly and professional service.
