Yeah ordered there chicken kebab n chips box with cheese got a box of soggy chips with the smallest amount of meat at the bottom of the box. Robbing F

I ordered my food from the Worcester store about 10 minutes ago and I ordered the one without the spicy sauce on it and it came with spicy sauce so my partner went up to complain about it. The one at the backs attitude was awful and gave my food back with no spicy sauce but gave me less food just because we annoyed them. It’s absolutely stupid. You guys let me down and it’s so stupid.

Service was lovely and food came out hot and fresh.

Was a regular but never again, stay away from the Bradford branch, cold soggy bread and under portioned.

I’ve been going to GDK for aslong as I can remember. I finished a work shift, starving, went to GDK Aylesbury. My order was £9.95, and got charged £29.95. Disputed with the staff. They scrolled through the company WhatsApp showing plenty of customer info, personal details trying to find their complaints email.

I emailed the evidence of them charging an extra £20(yes £20, I said just give me the £20 note and all sorted), they couldn’t do this.

So from my email 2nd July, I heard nothing. Went to the store again and asked, they’ll chase it, nothing. Emailed the main GDK customer service email on 9th July, nothing.

So I assume you just take whatever amount you want from customers?! Absolutely zero response.. over £20! Pathetic.

I assume with a formal complaint il get some corporate rubbish response. Sort it out!

Staff quite pleasant. Food - if vegetarian or vegan, forget it. They stopped the vegan burger. The vegan doner is quite disgusting - cardboard thick pitta shape and vegan meat tasting like shoelaces

They have removed the buy one get one free on Tuesdays from all delivery apps. You can now only get this through their own rubbish app that never works correctly if you go and collect yourself. Why do people who require delivery not get the same offers.

Awful awful , their app charged me four times for food and I didnt receive any food . App stated error occurred , I contacted support after faffing around trying to find contact info - to be told I know it’s frustrating! Any monies taken will be returned in 3-5 days.
It’s more than frustrating it’s robbery .
Shop and guys at Skelton lake services were lovely and attempted to help me .

Misleading offer and understaffed serviceI used the app’s introductory 50% offer, but it turned out to apply only to one tiny OG kebab — something most customers would never notice until after paying. The discount felt deliberately unclear.The branch also seems to run with very few staff, so you never get a chance to check or correct anything before the order is pushed through. Overall, not a great first experience.

Ordered food via uber eats. Sent the wrong food. Delivery driver kept hanging up on us. Gdk never answered there phones either after trying for ten minutes. Very poor service and a lack of customer service. Finally got through and then was told it was tough. Go though the app and get a voucher.

We went for the first time to GDK in Meadowhall.. It was absolutely disgusting.. It took us ages to put the order in on the screens... After we finally managed to ordered, we waited for the food... Watching these 3 men handeling the food was bad enough.. Looking into the kitchen was shocking... It was absolutely horrendous.. Meat on the floor.. Meat left in the tray... The packing area was filthy...I asked if I could cancel the order but it was declined by the staff.. We ordered a box meal... One was just full of chips hardly any meat and it was drowned in cheese sauce... The meat was tasteless.. There was nothing German about this so called meal.. I couldn't eat mine... Knowing the state of the dirty kitchen.. The staff need to get a hygiene cause.. I spend nearly £30 for 2 meals.. The prices are far to high for what GDK offers.. GDK should be ashamed of themselves to offer food of this low standard.. Never again.. I am German.... And this was not German... Germans would never sell food like this... Never again

I got the donor box and got mixed meet and the cheesy fries and it is the BEST stuff I have ever tasted

Me and my mum ate here and she got some sort of wrap and I got a doner box or whatever and and hour later both of us have been running back and forth to the toilet and it’s not funny it’s disgusting I’ve vomited about 5 times last time ordering here

order from the one in Milton keynes, hat wait over 1 hour for it to be delivered, spent £40 on it and it was disgusting by far worst kabab I've ever eaten it was cold and tasted like been cooked and left side for like a week also had 12 the doughnut's and what surprise not one of the had jam in it and tasted disgusting , I will never go there ever again by far the worse kabab place in Milton Keynes, its criminal that they can charge so much for horrendous food, should of known by how they taped the bags honestly it was awful, they couldn't even keep the can of dr pepper cold and fresh tasted like it had been in a warehouse for many years, just awful wish there was thing on here where you could give them zero stars, that's how bad it was, do all of yourselves a favour do not go there, food is truly horrendous .

Hardly any meat in the quesadilla. More onion and cheese rather than meat. Very disappointing and sad to see this.
