I've used fuse for 5 lense orders and the lenses have all been great, from their highest tier to their lowest tier. What really puts them ahead in my mind is the warranty. I put in a claim and they responded quickly and had the replacements shipped out within 24 hours. fantastic company, will continue to use.

I have ordered numerous items from FUSE over the last 10 years and NEVER have I been let down. I scratched a replacement lens I purchased from FUSE years ago. They have a one time free replacement warranty. I was able to provide the requested order number and I submitted this request about an hour ago. I have already received a confirmation email response. Just continual excellent service by FUSE!

I scratched my replacement lenses and came back to Fuse not really knowing my options. I was pleased to find out my lenses were warrantied and wrote a simple email with my address and order #. Within hours I received a reply that my lenses were covered and a replacement would be sent out. Such an easy and pleasant experience.

Great Customer service.

I usually take good care of my sunglasses. That's why i was shocked to see a huge scratch on one of my lenses after only a few months of wearing them. Having forgot about the warranty i found myself on the website looking for a return policy. To my delight, I was relieved to see the free replacement warranty. I quickly sent an email to customer support and when I checked my email in the morning my replacement lenses were on the way.

In june of 2024 I ordered 2 sets of lenses for my sylas, an xl pair and a standard pair, they were amazing till I lost my xl's on a jetski trip. On sept 9 I emailed asking about the warranty program for the standard pair, later in the day I get an email stating my order is about to ship. When I took a look at my new order I see the lenses coming are the xl, mine are standard. I email Zach again stating that I needed the standard not the xl. He asked for me to take pics of the inside arms of the glasses which I did but never heard back. Now the wrong lenses are at my door and I cant get a reply from Zach after 4 days

Wonderful customer service. Great lenses, just as good as my Oakley lenses. I dropped my glasses and scratched the lenses I bought from them, I emailed fuse and within 10 mins they responded. Within an hour they were shipping out replacement lenses. Thank you Kayla, you rock!!

Love these AMP lenses, i actually prefer them over Oakley prism. They are priced very fair and they stand behind their product. I had some scratches start showing on my lenses, I emailed their support and Kayla got back to me quickly. No questions or push back about the warranty not covering replacements. 1 day later the replacements were shipped, that is how warranties are supposed to work

Great customer service and excellent product.

I made an order for international delivery and reached out because the UPS tracking number I had wasn’t working.

I had a very quick response from the Fuse team who told me they would investigate the status of my tracking.

Turns out the next day my order was delivered and further investigation was not necessary.

The lenses were super easy to install on my frames and I felt like a truly valued customer.

My lenses started separating and coming apart. I used these glasses for work. And it’s been about 10 yrs since I bought the lenses. Fuse was able to find my old order and they are shipping me a brand new set of lenses.
