Would also like to point out that their customer service is the best! My delivery took a bit longer than usual however they were always on hand to reassure me and kept me updated throughout.

I work construction. Iron work, welding, metal fabrication and painting. My lenses had some blemish’s after 1 year of hard use and I received awesome customer service. I offered to pay for replacement lenses, as I may have unknowingly caused the blemishes due to the nature of my work. They sent me replacement lenses no charge and no question asked. Awesome customer service great products will continue to do business on all my lenses replacement.

I made my order not visually looking at the shipping address that was auto filled being wrong; immediately I sent an email to the help support site, and they correct my address within minutes after hours on a Friday evening. I was sure they would get back to me on a Monday business day, but they proved me wrong. Im excited so far, and can't wait to receive my new replay lens...

Excellent customer service, with quick responsive solutions, very satisfied with the guarantee fit, that’s why I’m sending my frames because I trust the Fuse team.

I sent in my brand new sunglasses to Fuse for prescription lenses, and it has been a nightmare. Their website states a 10–15 business day turnaround, but it took them over two months to return my sunglasses.

When I finally received them, the new lenses were not cut to fit the frame. There are large, awkward gaps on both sides, plus shards of plastic trapped under the lenses, making them look scratched and blotchy. The workmanship is shockingly bad. How do you look at a final product and think, “Looks great!” I was honestly shocked when I took them out of the package. They claim to have “quality control,” but seriously... how could anyone think this is acceptable work, especially with shards of plastic coming out of them?

The customer service response has been just as disappointing. All the rep kept saying was “Sorry you weren’t fully satisfied” and “I understand your concern,” but they refuse to actually fix the problem.

Overall, I wasted time, money, and now may have permanently damaged sunglasses. Fuse Lenses does not deliver on their promises and does not take accountability. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Happy customer here.. For starters, the upfront pricing for replacement lenses is very fair. If you are able to make an order that has some sort of promotion, you will get a smoking hot deal.

I have made several orders over the past couple of years. I did have 2 small issues. One set of lenses for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses were a little small and rattled around in the frames. It was explained to me that they could easily fix my issue with a replacement pair of lenses. My current issue is that I scratched up a pair of replacement lenses. The replacement policy (even if it is my fault). The one-time replacement of lenses due to drop/scratch/whatever adds even more value to my purchase.

I bought some Fuse Lenses for my Holbrooks, and after putting them through a lot of abuse—including being left out in the desert on a rock for over six months—I was surprised to find them still in great shape when I got them back, aside from a few scratches caused by my own negligence.
I reached out to Fuse’s warranty department and received a response within 24 hours. They let me know a new pair of lenses would be shipped out within a few days. Great customer service all around!

Amazing process I was so anxious to discuss a scratch I had in my lens just a few days after receiving (thought I wouldn’t be able to get a resolution since it was my own fault) but quite the opposite, the service agent Kayla emailed me back so quickly and resolved my issue with no additional action needed from me. She went above and beyond and completely understood my request and situation, I didn’t have to repeat or explain beyond my initial message. Thank you so much Kayla and the team here, definitely a happy customer who will stick with the brand from now on. Excellent customer support and satisfaction standards, rare find now a days, felt very genuine and easy.

My lenses were not cleaning properly. Customer service reached out and sent me a new pair within a day. Seems to be a well run business.
