The staff and choice of products

Fantastic service from Victor very helpful and sorted in no time.

Great service from Victor, extremely helpful.

My partner and I called into the store and on arrival we were met by a gentleman called Victor a salesman, who offered us a drink. We felt no pressure as Victor gave us the outlay of the store and some fabrics available. At this point we were left to browse. We called Victor over and asked a few questions, he answered professionally and gave us options available. We felt like one of the family. Yes we did purchase 2 x 2 seater and a chair. Victor then handed us over to Simon the shop floor manager, again Simon made us feel welcome, I can honestly say the gentleman that dealt with us are a credit to Furniture Village York.
Well done gents we will be back.

Victor was an exceptional salesman. He gave us the information we needed about the sofas we were looking at but then left us browse and discuss our thoughts without any pressure. I am really pleased with my purchases and would recommend to anyone going to Furniture Village York to seek him out for assistance.

Went to buy a bed at furniture village and helped by a staff member called Austin.
Cant thank Austin enough he was so helpful as I'm disabled and need help finding bed and mattress to fit my needs.
Thank you Austin 😊

Our Salesman was Victor who was excellent, he gave us the information we needed on different products and allowed us space to make our own minds up
We never felt pressured or hurried and even had coffee! He was also a very nice gentleman easy to talk with and recognised our needs, we will be back for our furniture to go with our bed once our alterations have been done
Thankyou he is an asset to your company

Great customer service, very welcoming and offered drinks and biscuits. Would definitely use them again.

We recently purchased a dining table from Furniture Village and couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service.

A special thank you to Victor, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Nothing felt rushed, and his advice helped us choose the perfect dining table for our needs.

We would highly recommend Furniture Village and would definitely shop here again. Five-star service from start to finish!

Great service - We were welcomed at the door, everyone seemed lovely, we were offered a drink too, didn’t feel like we were being forced into purchasing but felt like staff were approachable for help and questions. David helped us - he was great, got it sorted efficiently and quickly as we had somewhere to be and coudnt ask for more. Would definitely recommend

Very personable, friendly staff. Really nice touch to be offered a cup of tea!

Nice welcome,Great friendly service from Victor ,

The sales person was very helpful and very patient thankyou.

Victor was incredibly welcoming without ever being pushy. He struck the perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space to make our own decisions. He explained everything clearly, happily moved furniture around, took measurements, and answered all of our questions.

He was polite, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Buying a sofa isn’t usually the most exciting experience, but Victor made the whole process easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service was a big reason we chose Furniture Village and purchased our sofa there. Thank you, Victor!

Victor was absolutely wonderful, personable and extremely helpful. No doubt his outstanding customer service was the key reason for our purchase. He is a real asset to your store and brand. We will be back. Thanks Victor for making buying a sofa such a easy and enjoyable experience.

The sales person Lewis made the transaction very simple. Gave advise and not to pushy with the sales. I very good e expirance

I love the style and things you can buy here, i also love looking around the showrooms

After receiving excellent service instore im highly dissapointed with what im left with, on delivery and building i was informed the feet were missing so my bed couldnt be finished and was promised 3 to 5 working days for it to be completed, after almost 3 weeks numerous phone calls and emails ive had feet delivered with no date for someone to come and fit them and the base and realign the ottoman top which was never fitted correctly. Im on my final email before I cancel the full order and request a full refund and collection of the half built bed.

Victor was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, even offering us a coffee. After having a poor experience with a competing sofa company, it was a refreshing change.

He took the time to listen to exactly what we needed and helped us order a kitchen table and chairs, clearly explaining when they would be delivered. He even called afterwards to make sure everything had arrived and that we were happy with our purchase.

As we had been left in the lurch by the previous company, who removed our sofas and left us with nothing, Victor went above and beyond by arranging a loan chair for us. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Victor!
