Quality was not up to the mark

Delivery was late due to the sofa being stored in 2 wrong warehouses and having to chase multiple warehouses constantly, despite being the customer! Then when it arrived it was faulty and been told it could be 12/14 weeks before it can be repaired. Extremely upset and disappointed

We were moving and needed to buy new furniture. Steve Wong, our Sales consultant was very patient and did his best to get us what we wanted. He is very professional, friendly and a fantastic at what he does. I cannot speak highly enough about Steve. Thank you for a great experience and we got yummy freshly baked cookies which was a bonus

We had an excellent staff member help us during our visit (Azzdean) nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything in detail.
The store itself was comfortable and welcoming. The prices were competitive. More people should visit.

My whole experience from the buying & delivery has been exceptional.

Great salesman, not pushy , professional with great knowledge. We arrived looking for a 2 seater settee to fit a very specific space and to recline. We were free to look around, but were offered help. We then decided to discuss our requirements with the salesman. He provided excellent help and advice without being in any way being pushy. We purchased a settee that fully fitted the size, type and covering we wanted, with the added bonus it was in the sale. Thank you very much. Great Customer services.

I visited the Village office with a specific requirement regarding the delivery date of the furniture. I asked to be shown only the items that could be delivered by a particular date. After selecting a table and chairs, and being assured that delivery would take place by that date, I paid for the order in full.

Unfortunately, the furniture was not delivered by the agreed date. We then agreed on a delivery date one day later, which was acceptable to me. However, when the table arrived, the stone surface was cracked.

I am now trying to arrange for the replacement table and the remaining two chairs to be delivered, but the proposed delivery date is almost a month later.

This has been a very disappointing experience, particularly as the original delivery date was one of the main reasons for choosing these items and proceeding with the purchase.

Ben Ross was very helpful, as we were needing a settee/corner unit, a specific size, which is smaller than the normal range. After a lot of searching he came up with the perfect one for us.

Clear information, well presented products with options clearly and concisely explained, and the sales consultant who guided us through the various pros and cons of different potential choices was kind, patient, and very helpful. We left satisfied that we were happy with what we had decided upon and looking forward to receiving our delivery in due course. Would recommend to others wishing to buy furniture.

Sam was very attentive and extremely helpful. He gave us plenty of information but also time to check things out ourselves. We found the products sensibly priced.

We bought a kitchen table and chairs in-person at the store. During the process the salesman was very friendly and even "verified" our order.

When it was delivered (11 weeks later), they delivered the wrong chairs. When we disputed, they refused to correct their mistake. They pinned it on us. That's what we ordered, even though we provided pictures of the items we wanted and ordered. They said there was no mistake on their part. After a few more attempts to get them to correct their mistake, they agreed; however, we had to pay another delivery fee which we reluctantly agreed to.

Fast forward 2 more weeks, they sent us a delivery notification so we altered our schedule to accommodate--they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know they weren't coming. We called them and they said they "couldn't find the chairs."

We awaited another delivery date, but it never came. We called and sent emails--no response. Then, a month later, we receive a delivery notification email out of the blue for a delivery to happen in 2 hours. We changed our schedule again to accommodate.

Our chairs finally arrived. Date Purchased - 13 Dec 2025 / Date Delivered - 15 May 2026

DO NOT BUY at Furniture Village--their customer service is terrible. Buy at a reputable place with decent customer service.

Given time to make our choose. All questions answered. Very helpful salesman. No pressured. Steve wing was our salesman.

I rang customer services and was lucky enough to have Natalie answer by enquiry. She was extremely professional, understanding, polite and promptly sorted out everything to my satisfaction.
