Had a sofa delivered by Umar, he was on time, text me when he was on route to check I was in, got the sofa though the door with no issues and ensured correct ID was supplied, very happy with his service!

Very friendly and listened to delivery instructions even though it was a bit tricky getting it through the back gates but did it and was happy to do it for me and the sofa arrived in good condition very pleased with our service I definitely recommend

I just want to say a big thankyou to furniture 786 I was in need of a sofa desperately they sorted delivery and sofa didn't take to long to come, customer service was excellent 👌, the sofa is lovely its spacious just what I needed. I would highly recommend this company to others delivery service was excellent too. Thankyou again, I will be back for more things 👌

I can't fault Furniture 786 at all. From the moment I walked in, Umar was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was after and pointed me towards options that actually suited my space and budget.
The sofa itself is fantastic quality, comfortable, well made, and looks even better in person than it did online. Delivery was smooth and on schedule, and the team who brought it in were careful and efficient, no scuffed walls or rushed job.
What really stood out was the level of care Umar showed throughout, it felt like he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase rather than just making a sale. I'd have no hesitation recommending Furniture 786 to anyone looking for quality furniture and a team that actually cares about customer experience. Ask for Umar, he'll sort you right out. Will definitely be back for future purchases.
