Tutto molto bello, ho fatto l'ordine la mattina e il pomeriggio del giorno dopo avevo già il prodotto.
Unica pecca è l'imballaggio del mio giaccone, spedito con soltanto la busta Gls, senza una busta per proteggere la giacca, che fortunatamente è arrivata integra, ma se per aprire il pacco fossi stato meno attento avrei sicuramente rovinato il mio prodotto.

5 stelle è la valutazione giusta per questo sito.
ordinato un paio di pantaloni da snowboard il martedì pomeriggio e il giorno dopo erano già a casa, fantastici!

I have bought a couple of items and their staff is incredibly helpful, easy going and they got great customer service!! You don't often see this commitment to customer service that they have!

Recently purchased a Salomon Villain snowboard, was a bit dubious about doing so from a store in Italy however it was a specific board I wanted. A couple of emails later (with prompt reply) and I ordered. Having purchased boards previously from local stores on two occasions I have had to return for exchange due to slight chips on the edges. No such issues here. The board arrived in a few days, not only was it still covered in manufacturers wrapping it was also protected and parcelled really well. No scratches, no chips. I would say a perfect item, perfect service and a great price. 14 Euros for delivery from Italy ! I would definitely recommend purchasing from Freshfarm.It and would do so again without hesitation.

Compro almeno un paio di articoli all'anno da questo store, disponibilità e cordialità sorprendenti, soprattutto in caso di dubbi su quale taglia prendere.
Spediscono in un lampo, a volte il giorno stesso dell'ordine.
Molto convenienti anche durante i saldi o se cercate brand particolari che sono difficili da trovare presso le grandi distribuzioni.
Mettono anche un sacco di adesivi nei pacchi che male non fa!

Servizio online veramente ottimo e competente. Tavola da Snowboard e accessori vari ricevuta in appena 12 ore. Tutto in perfette condizioni.

My first experience with this store didn't work out perfectly but maybe it was just a isolated situation mostly due to be off season, i want to believe so - I need to have another try to give them more credit.
One of the most competitive prices inside EU are in this store - always have discounts and great deals. The product selection ain't that big but all the essentials are there.
The customer service is very friendly but maybe not as reliable as it should - stock availability should be updated on time as there's a big risk of picking up stuff which appears available but in fact is sold out, which is a big turn off.
Again, perhaps this was a one-time situation.
Otherwise this is a solid nice shop.
This time i will give just a BOO(M), hopefully a big BOOM next time.

Ho acquistato una tavola da Snow, oltre ad essere rimasto soddisfatto per la competenza in materia (consigli/descrizione del prodotto da acquistare), offrono prezzi estremamente concorrenziali e spedione rapidissima con corriere.

Ottimo sito, pieno di prodotti interessanti a prezzi imbattibili. La spedizione è gratuita e fulminea: in meno di 24 ore il pacco è arrivato a Roma...si fa prima che ad arrivare in qualsiasi negozio. Sono dei grandi, sia per le loro spiegazioni dei prodotti che per le email che inviano. E il mio e-shop di riferimento per la neve.

Ieri sera 28 novembre ho deciso di acquistare un paio di scarponi nuovi da snowboard e così mi sono imbattuto la prima volta in questa azienda... la prima impressione è stata subito positivissima (prezzo del modello visto al negozio inferiore di 80 euro)... ho deciso allora di procedere istantaneamente all'ordine. Pagato con carta di credito. Ho ricevuto subito email che confermava la lavorazione dell'ordine garantendo la consegna entro le 24-48 ore... non credevo potessero essere così efficienti ma stasera alle 18.30 circa mi è stato consegnato il pacco con i miei scarponi... tutto perfetto... grazie mille e al prossimo acquisto. Bravi!
