My French Click order included 2 cheeses with a 6 day expiry, making it an impossible timeline for me to enjoy my order within a reasonable period of time before it was out of date. Too much cheese arriving at once on the brink of expiry. Flagging this to them, I asked for a refund for at least one of the cheeses.
Their reply was to tell me that soft and hard cheeses were safe to eat for about two weeks after expiry!
Bye bye French Click!

I love FrenchClick but am looking at divorce proceedings. Parcel containing fresh meat shipped 30th November by DPD and it has spent the last 5 days in Bristol. DPD mail me each day promising delivery which never arrives. Today/yesterday have tried to contact FrenchClick by Facebook, Email to CustServ, Email to individual - No reply. Also no answers/pickups on two landline and one mobile phone. Help.

I just got my parcel today . Incredibly care packed each items. FrenchClick could not send everything , but they already refund the missing items money. They used now dpd parcel service, my guess one of the best parcel company. I always choose for deliver address a local shop by dpd request.

Still waiting on my Order which was placed on 3rd October 2022!
I don't want to be rude as it's not first time that I order from French Click and all my orders so far arrived quick and safe..But this time I'm very upset ,first of all you despatch my order only on the 13th Oct ,Why was order despatched so late when it was placed 2 weeks before!
Second..you send my order bu UPS which you all know here how bad they are and some parcel get lost or arrive late!
Third..I emailed Customer Service many times t0 enquire about it ,the woman agent Muriel said she will check and get back to me but never get back ,until I send another email..Last email I sent few days ago again the woman doesn't reply..When I asked for a refund she told me they cannot process a refund yet...so how long am I suppose to wait for my parcel...it is more than 1 month already and they still didn't tell me where is my parcel..Or gave a refund..I ordered lots of food item which must've been expired already!

Able to find everything I needed and delivery was efficient.

I ordered some baby cereals from this company and was charged a whole lot for delivery but then I didn’t get all my orders and was refunded.i wasn’t happy with the refund because that means i will have to be charged for delivery if i decide to buy again from them.i called the customer service and their agent was the rudest customer service agent i have ever spoken to.i won’t be patronising the company again as this is the second time this is happening

No communication regarding out of stock items after order accepted. I suspected something after a PayPal refund but only found out that my plans for dinner were ruined when the parcel arrived with both starter and main course missing. Why no follow up email advising me and suggesting replacements. Very poor customer service! After this review I received half an answer and an apology....

Two items ordered, a jar of jam and a Savoie cured sausage, jam ok, sausage looked like it travelled on the floor of the delivery van, and a very short use by date, rang customer services, either refund or add another on my next order…..don’t think I’ll be ordering again🙁

Prompt delivery and good price for my items.

Ordered some coffee and tins, delivery was on time and well packed.

Took today off to receive my order only to be told DPD don’t have it yet. There are chilled goods in it and I needed it today. No meaningful updates sent to me, just “it’s delayed”. Contacted DPD who cannot even say it will be delivered tomorrow. Not good enough in this day and age.
Update- arrived next day, perishable goods ruined and some items missing. However customer service was good when I complained, and a refund arrived promptly.

Produces ordered as available on their website are actually not available when you get delivery, customer service not available on Saturdays even though they deliver Saturdays. Booked delivery slot is not honoured and no late delivery message is sent, nor did someone call about. Delivery is no longer free above £50. One item was damaged, waiting for refund.

I ordered online and they give me a price for the goods and for the delivery. I agreed and paid. They gave me a delivery date and on that date they mentioned online that the goods had been shipped. The courier announced the delivery, but nothing arrived. When I made an enquity I was told to pay 30% extra (so called for delivery in more packs, but their site gave me a total delivery price when ordering). Unless I paid they would not deliver. That is a breach of contract: agreement on goods and price, payment (consideration) and they lied about having shipped! Wait until the customer really runs out and needs the goods and then extract a 30% surcharge... Call that what you want and deal with them at your own risk!

Just received my Christmas order of French cheeses! All packaged beautifully and cheeses in perfect condition. Love this company! Keep up the good work!

My last order was missing two items. I waited awhile in case it was back ordered. Then I contacted French Click by email, and the response was extremely fast, very apologetic, and they instantly sorted the refund.
Mistakes and slips are bound to happen occasionally. It’s how a company responds to those slips or mistakes that matters. Excellent service, French Click, well done.

Ordered my favorite Krema Regliss' Mint sweets to be delivered at a Jersey address. All received in perfect condition and just in a few days. Thanks FrenchClick, will use you again

Being a French person living in the UK, I have craved a few things since I have not been able to go back because of the current pandemic... I ordered a raclette cheese, charcuterie, Merguez and a few other things and was pleased with the goods and price as you simply can not get them in the UK. Luckily checked the lead time 2 weeks before I wanted them as it too about 1 week for them to be delivered to south Oxfordshire. Web site look very dated and too simple to the point if I was not recommended this site I wouldn't trust it but glade I did.

I am French and have missed many foods over Covid months so thought I would try this company. A few niggles such as missing items and a box which had been bashed about a bit resulting in a few boxes inside looking as if they had been stamped on. My main beef is the fact that though I think it is fine as choice and costs, the experience could be improved with a better website, an e mail warning of shortages and offering substitutions, and a tad more care in the packing itself. But in the end that is a choice I will make and use them again as on the whole it is pretty good to have things you just cant get in the UK

The normal good service was not apparent this time 1st order had missing items 2nd order never happened, phoned several time only got the answer machine message (VERY ANNOYING) emailed twice only got the will get back to you email (MORE ANNOYING) reported to PayPal / credit card eventually got a response still waiting for refunds,
Customer services WAKE UP and talk to us we will not go away with money owing to us, Had you contacted me in the first instance you could be looking at 4 or even 5 stars at the top of this page.
