The normal good service was not apparent this time 1st order had missing items 2nd order never happened, phoned several time only got the answer machine message (VERY ANNOYING) emailed twice only got the will get back to you email (MORE ANNOYING) reported to PayPal / credit card eventually got a response still waiting for refunds,
Customer services WAKE UP and talk to us we will not go away with money owing to us, Had you contacted me in the first instance you could be looking at 4 or even 5 stars at the top of this page.

Very positive experience. There are certain types of chocolate that I love which are only on certain mega websites at ludicrous prices. Was a relief to find French Click...everything I ordered arrived in a timely manner and with an appropriate best before date.
Already adding to basket for my next order!

The only thing I would suggest is a serious website upgrade. Kinda looks the way sites looked in the early naughties

Great store to access some of my favourite French supermarket products. Delivery was quick and the items arrived well packaged.

My only point of improvement is that there were 2 products that were clearly out of stock as I received a refund before delivery from Paypal. However, I think a note from French Click confirming what those items were so I knew in advance what was missing would improve the overall experience, but a small change in what was otherwise very easy.

I had placed an order on the 23rd of June. It arrived on time but with 3 missing products that hadn't been notified to me as unavailable. The payment had been done via PayPal which normally sends me a notification a day before the delivery, telling me when a product is not available anymore and a refund will be done. It didn't happen this time. I have been emailing and chasing French Click to get a confirmation that my products will be fully refund but radio silence.
This is not the 1st order I'm placing with them and not the 1st time I'm having problems with them. Once, 2 products had been replaced by lower quality products (without telling me) and I only found out about it after opening my bags once the driver had left. I would really appreciate to have an update on that 3 missing products, those being quite expensive and whose amount represented 1/3 of the money spent for this order.

Ordered Lesieur Pizza Oil, cost a lot less than Amazon so was able one for my son too. Just received delivery on date that I was given. So happy, love this oil.

We have used these guys many times over the past few years most recently April 2021. I can’t fault them at all. Such a good selection of products. A couple of times an item has become damaged in transit (no fault of theirs, everything is always well packed) and I have had no problems contacting them and them resolving the issue straight away.

People have mentioned that it is pricey, but it is pricey shopping in french supermarkets and when you factor in their import and transit costs too it’s to be expected. The delivery time isn’t bad either. I can get a delivery from frenchclick quicker than Tesco most of the time.

I think they’re great and will continue to use them.

My order was to be delivered on Wednesday14 April it never arrived.The phone is not answered. I have asked Parcel Force to look into the matter, so far no reply from them either. What is going on? Are you still in business?April 23. By the way you took paiment on April14.

I placed an order which was due to be delivered between 9-12.30 today. The money has left my bank account but I have not received my order. A large portion of the order is refrigerated goods which will now be spoiled. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email and not received a response. I was really looking forward to my order and am extremely disappointed. Should the company rectify this I will update

If they are still trading why don't they pick up the phone and why don't they answer emails?
If the gone bust, why don't they take down their website?
Never was placing a first order more difficult.

A few issues here...
Firstly the lack of response after sending a message asking for my account and data to be deleted.
Secondly the lead time. I prepared a basket of products and realised that the lead-time would be 2 weeks! this is way longer than expected.
Thirdly and more importantly, PRICING. this place is SO EXPENSIVE. while browsing the website I was shocked by the prices. Way more expensive than buying those products from a French supermarket. I can understand that they have extra overhead, shipping, and handling cost, but it doesn't justify being twice as expensive.
I decided to give up and went to a so called "expensive, high end British supermarket" and here is a small comparison (exact same products being compared - not brand equivalent or similar products):
a French cheese: 37% more expensive on FrenchClick but it gets worth,
a French ground coffee: 52% more expensive on FrenchClick and it gets even worth,
Chocolate madeleines: 71% more expensive on FrenchClick.
Really? How can they justify those kind of prices?
And this doesn't even include the delivery cost to put on top of your order.
Go to your local supermarket and save time and money.

I have been ordering regularly from there for a few years. There is a huge range of products that you would normally find in french supermarkets. Delivery slots are a bit inconsistent, especially since covid but a good service overall. Products are always delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Excellent! My first experience ordering from Frenchclick, and it definitely will not be my last. Food arrived packaged with great care. Now I have my favorite French products, I'm just missing the French weather!

I have used this company a few times and never had a major problem with them. They do omit items occasionally if they are not in stock (in my experience, 1 or 2 items in a couple of orders), but they always issue refunds. Ideally they should let customers know in advance and maybe offer alternatives, but I understand that French Click is probably not a big operation and they would struggle to manage that level of service, especially in the current challenging times. So when I place an order, I just keep in mind that nothing in it is guaranteed. I will order again soon.

I had used this company a couple of times around five years ago and had found them very good. However, I placed an order 11 days ago for some items to give as a birthday gift. Unusually, I didn't receive an email confirmation. When I logged onto my FrenchClick account, there was a PDF confirmation, stating 17th November 9-12.30. By 12.20, there was no sign of it so I had to ring them up. The guy was indifferent to say the least! I told him I had been waiting in all morning. He muttered something about 'it should be there by 3' I asked why nobody had been in touch to tell me of the delay and he just didn't really know and didn't seem particularly interested!! He then actually hung up on me. I couldn’t be bothered to call back but decided there and then that I would not use this company again.
Furthermore, they sent the wrong item - a cheaper item. Yet another email from me. In their favour, they did refund the difference very quickly.

Having made several orders over the past year I can vouch for their excellent service. The items are packaged perfectly and arrive chilled if required such as oysters and duck, which incidentally are far superior quality to the usual ones available in my area. Apart from a few occasions when an item became out of stock after my order was placed, the orders have always been 100% correct. Super company!

Never had a problem, excellent seller. If something is put of stock, they refund immediately.
Someone complained about wet packaging, which I had in today’s delivery but you have to appreciate the amount of cooling they place in the box to ensure the product stays ok.
Will always use this company.

The delivery arrived when it was meant to. However, an item was missing and they wouldn’t redeliver or post, offering only a refund and suggesting I do another order. It was a key item I wanted as I can’t get it elsewhere and if I want it again I’d have to spend £35 to get to the minimum order spend, which obviously I’m not going to do for a product a 10th of that price. If they miss off an item they should take more accountability and offer alternatives, particularly as I live very close to the warehouse so it wouldn’t be a big undertaking.

Super site internet, simple a comprendre et une equipe super agreable. ca arrive que parfois qu il manque des produits et oui certains produits peuvent sembler plus cher que si vous habitez en France, mais soyons honnetes, quand on voit le nombre de références disponibles et le prix de la livraison, ca vaut vraiment le coup!! c est arrivé que j ai du les contacter pour des changements de derniere minute et Beth a été tres serviable. well done Frenchclick! keep it up, Frenchies in UK need you here!!

We received our first order and what was initially excitement turned quickly to disappointment.
Whilst the carton was intact, once opened it was clear that the produce was damaged, rendering several items uneatable.
Smashed eggs, squashed fruits (bananas, pears) yogurts leaking and the rest of the produce covered in egg yoke.

Really excellent choice of products on website to choose from. Everything apart from one item arrived but I was informed of this via email so I wasn't in a panic, arrived securely on the date agreed. Very happy with the service and my items, will use absolutely again.
