I had an appalling experience with French Click, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you need reliable delivery. I ordered oysters for my wife’s birthday party, and the delivery was confirmed for November 8. Late on November 7, they informed me that some items were unavailable, and my delivery was delayed until November 9. This last-minute change was unprofessional and left me without options for a special event.

On November 9, after being told by DHL that my order was “out for delivery” between 9 AM and 2 PM, we waited all day—no one arrived. The window extended until 8 PM, but again, no delivery, no call, no attempt. I specifically requested DPD because DHL has a terrible reputation in the UK, but French Click ignored my choice, making this situation even worse.

Due to their negligence, I had to cancel the order and demand a full refund as the food is now unfit to consume. The complete lack of communication and disregard for a time-sensitive event ruined what was supposed to be a special day. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—choose a service that values its customers.

Good products, good delivery service. Never let me down. I'm ordering from them my shampoo l, conditioner and sometimes shower gel.

Nice products and the price not out of scope. When you want a taste of France whilst stuck in blighty, then easier than the ferry.

Received my Nuit Tranquille tea safely. Helps me get a good night. Possibly a bit over packed. Especially in these days of being careful for the environment.

I found French Click after changing from a previous water supplier... Prices are better, badoit and good service.

I've been in the UK for ages now, really excited when I found out about French Click. There were a couple of little misshaps on early orders. But every time things were sorted fairly. On delivery days everyone gathers around the box and is happier for it. Thanks!

My initial order from French Click was for 4 jars of Maille Mayonnaise. Delivered on time but of the four jars delivered 3 had a best before date of 26/09/24 and the fourth 27/09/24. Whilst I accept that this does not make the product inedible it does mean that I have 1 month to consume all 4 to have them at their best. Not acceptable and I would suggest that you order your French produce from another more reputable supplier as it looks like they purchase short dated product in France and dispose of it to gullible English, like me! Not the cheapest either with the delivery charge.

Following my review and the response from French Click I have now submitted images, to the email address provided, of the product they sent me with the best before dates clearly shown. Let's see if anything positive happens.

Have received a refund on two jars of mayonnaise, so sometyhing positive, I believe this is a lesson learned by myself and French Click...mainly for me, read the reviews first, before placing an order.

No problems, excellent range of products, bought the rillettes, felt like being in France! Would be even better if you could have an alternative to the polystyrene packaging. Have to take it to the supermarket to get rid in an enviro friendly way.

I've received an order on Saturday morning (3 August) and several items were missing.
I have been refunded a very small amount of my missing item : only £14 when it should have £ 44 althogether ! So where that difference of £30 disappeared ?
I tried since Sunday to reach them several time but no answer.
I hope the matter will soon be resolved and will have my money back otherwise, I should shop somewhere else for my french goods !
It would be a great shame since I have been a customer for so many years !

I've ordered from French Click several times over the years. I love their selection of French products that you can't get easily in the UK. But this time, I was disappointed to see all the packaging. It used to be delivered like normal shopping by someone in a van, but it's now sent via DHL. As a result, there is so much wrapping on everything to protect it from damage. It feels terrible for the environment. I'm not sure I would order again as I felt really guilty seeing it all. And to be honest, the yoghurts weren't very cold anymore by the time they arrived. Such a shame, as I love French Click.

Great produce at reasonable prices. Items well-packed and kept cool, delivery via Royal Mail presents no problems

I've used Frenchclick quite a few times and their produce is fabulous.

The only thing stopping me giving five stars is the terrible service from DHL parcels.

This was my first time ordering and it was great. Merguez sausages - the real deal. En bon état.
