Set up a three month payment plan. First payment was made without issue, the last payment due on 12/09/26. Without warning, the last two payments have been split into 24 payments with added interest. I wasn’t given the option to contest this. Scam.

As part of this replan, interest may be applied in line with the account agreement.

I have a nil balance but still they make it difficult to close it.
I messaged them they replied using my name on my email asking me to confirm my name its impossible i am fed up with it.

Changed my plan from 3 months to 12 months, without my knowledge so they can get interests. Hit with a late payment even though I've paid. Raised an issue and I've had nothing back. Pathetic.

Avoid Frasers Plus! Useless customer service and zero buyer protection!
I am extremely frustrated with Frasers Plus. I used their service to finance a large order from Flannels, but one item was completely missing from the package. Under UK consumer regulations, the credit provider shares equal liability for non-delivery, but Frasers Plus has been absolutely useless.This matter has been ongoing since August 11th. I provided all the necessary evidence and documents on August 11th, meaning they have had everything for nearly a month. The 14-day investigation window has long passed, yet instead of updating my balance, they are just playing games.I am now on my second support ticket for the exact same issue and being passed around to a third different customer service agent. Every time a new person replies, they just say they are "escalating to the relevant team" to buy more time, while I am forced to keep paying my monthly balance for an item I never received!If I had used PayPal, this dispute would have been securely resolved weeks ago. Frasers Plus offers zero protection for customers. Stop closing tickets, stop passing my case around, and apply the £68.00 credit to my account immediately!
Update:
It is a fact not a belief, that the item worth £68 never arrived.All information regarding this was provided on August 11th . My formal complaint has now been officially registered and I expect a proper resolution from your complaints team.

Avoid!! Worst financial institute ever. Crooked, all I keep getting is the same emails asking for further info but the email doesn’t state what is needed.
I believe they work closely with flannels so disputes are not fairly dealt with.
Very frustrating as I don’t wish to involve the financial ombudsman but it seems I will have no choice.

Immoral and illegal
I found the whole thing extremely predatory. Not once was I told this would be performing a credit check on me and creating a new credit account. The cashier just said sign up for our app for 10% off. Told me to type in parts and press next and continue. Then when I said I was ready to pay she told me I had to do it on the app. It was only then I realised it had opened up a new form of credit and done a credit check on me without me wanting it to. Terrible way of business and I think even illegal.

I'm satisfied with the service
I'm satisfied with the service. I was initially with Studio, which exploited customers with high interest, making it nearly impossible to pay off any debt. Switching to Frasers Plus, I started a 12-month plan at a lower interest rate, and I am almost finished.

One star is to much
One star is to much, after they logged me out of my account, I cannot get back into it, I have over the past month repeatedly tried to change my number so I can re-access my account, live chat useless, phoning customer care make promises do won’t send me any email, now I just want to shut my account, but I can’t even do that because customer care haven’t sent me the email with the bank details to do a bank transfer and I can’t for some reason pay them over the phone using my bank card, what’s it got to take to get through to them I won’t be paying any interest on this account if it’s them stopping me from shutting it down, total joke

I made an order with sports direct through payment plus on 1st September, paid for next day delivery, order still pending with Frasers plus, no order details on sports direct website, no confirmation emails, countless amounts of messages sent through email and website chat with no replies. Still waiting for a simple answer or the opportunity to cancel the order!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, returned items 4 weeks ago and followed up with email showing proof of delivery to their refund address, never had a reply to any emails. As mentioned in previous comments they just keep your money and make no attempt to return. My next step will be the Ombudsman but for that I need a reply from them re final adjudication. Incredible that they continue to trade.

They don't like you not paying interest. So they pretend they don't receive your payment, charge you a fraud £12 charge and change your payment plan to one with interest and wait 2 weeks to inform you. Avoid like the plague,you have been warned.

The actual app is quite easy to use and not particularly difficult to navigate. The option of changing your payment plan is good but to default the purchase to maximise the interest shouldn’t be default. Maybe somewhere in the middle. Personally I use 3 months always. The three stars are because of the confusion when offers are given via email for maybe a percentage off by using Frazer plus app that doesn’t automatically apply when using in store especially with Sports direct. Then trying to sort that becomes a it’s Frazer plus issue who then say it’s a store issue. Look link the offer properly so it works. Until then 3 stars no more.

Fraser plus in store promotion
Paid for an order in store at sports direct I was told would receive 10 percent of if I signed up to a Fraser plus account. As the sale was around £250 I decided to go ahead. The lady in store was very helpful although the code to activate the account never came through so after trying for 20 minutes had to purchase full price in the end. Once I left the store all the codes came through around 30 minutes later. Rather annoying, emailed Fraser plus to see if they could honour the discount as a gesture of good will was told nothing to do with them as it was and I store promotion. So emailed sports direct and they said nothing to do with them and to email Fraser plus. Honestly only wanted an answer to my query which has resulted in extremely poor customer service and neither company being able to give me an answer.
