Fox Grant Anmeldelser

We purchased a property marketed by Fox Grant and found Phil Howard very professional to deal with.

James Law marketed our property well and followed up with contact with the successful bidder's solicitor to bring about completion.

James Law and his staff have done a great job selling our house. Good marketing and being helpful and updating us at all times through to completion..

From day 1 until completion Fox Grant provided a totally satisfactory service in the purchase of our new home in Sherborne Dorset

We have just sold our farmhouse through Fox Grant Sherborne + have nothing but praise for James + Cantie .
Although a small team , they worked very professionally at all times , feedback was swift , and they took charge of all the viewings , which worked extremely well .
We cannot fault them - and have to say Cantie's skills as a photographer are fab - the brochure surpassed one previously shot by a professional !
Don't go anywhere else !!

Forget all those stories you hear about dodgy estate agents....I actually felt as though these people wanted to do a good job. Attentive and understanding at all times.

Fox grant supported us in the sale and purchase of two properties over a 3 year period.

William was pivotal in securing a very good price for our cottage. Without his support I do not believe we would have sold it so well.

We purchased a 45 acre farm 3 years later and they were very honest throughout the process and again supposed us as buyers as expected.

I would not hesitate in using them again

I have dealt with the Fox Grant team over several years and they have given me sound down to earth advice and achievable valuations which have concluded in successful sales on more than one occasion. Their attitude is Positive, lively and proactive ending in my experience in successful sales. My experience would lead me to recommend them in the Rural and agricultural market place.

OUR EXPERIANCE WITH FOX GRANT WAS EXCELLENT.
ON EVERY VIEWING ADAM ACCOMPANIED THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER. ALWAYS UPDATED US ON PROGRESS, CHASEING WERE NECESSARY.POLITE PROFESSIONAL AND REALISTIC.

Fox Grant handled the sale of my house while I was 6000 miles away. They were very efficient and well organised and what could have been a difficult situation was made easier by the way they kept in touch all the time that the matter was being handled. The sale is now comlete and I would recommend them as agents to others.

Fox Grant managed the sale of a very complex agriculturally tied property for us in Winchester. They were very focused and pursued all avenues. We had previously been on the market with two nationals and received no offers causing a great deal of frustration. William is a little like Marmite, however he is relentless in pursuing a sale - in my opinion there is no other agent like him, we were delighted with the results and his personal commitment to us.

We were very happy with the assistance we got from Fox Grant when we were buying our house. Selling and buying is stressful, and became even more so when the sale of our own house fell through. However, Phil Howard was always there to support us throughout the process and would often be responding to our emails late into the evening. Phil helped us think outside the box about some of the issues we encountered, and acted as a sounding board on many occasions. Fox Grant were more than an estate agent, they were a true partner in the process.

Fox Grant sold my land within weeks of putting it on the market, very good communication between parties and the help I received was great would recommend this company to anyone .

I would not hesitate in recommending Fox Grant. They offered a first class service and kept us informed at every stage of our recent property sale. House selling and indeed buying can be very stressful so being kept up to date with events is so important, a point lost on many estate agents.

We were trying to sell a modern detached house with over 7 acres of adjoining land, stables, woodland etc. Other agents had convinced us of "marriage value" that obviously never existed as we had single figure viewings from 2 other agents combined over 12 months. Fox Grant proactively sought our business, questioned the marriage value and advocated offering the market 3 lots: house only, land only and house + land. With less information published on national web sites, Fox Grant generated far more viewings and ultimately found us separate buyers for house & land. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling property which includes land.

Having failed to sell the property during the previous year,Fox Grant very soon found some clients and completed the sale very quickly only to held up by Solicitors which should be noted.

Many thanks to Adam at Fox Grant, great service all the time even in difficult circumstances. If you want to sell your land or house call Adam

We have had various dealings with Fox Grant over the last 18 months, Adam Field works with the upmost efficiency and honesty. Adam and the team commonly go out of their way to aid transactions ensuring nothing is missed.
