Fox Grant Anmeldelser

Originally we went with a on line agent which did not market our property as equestrian. One of my customers recommended Liz at Fox Grant who gave good honest information and advice. We split the property into 2 parts to sell. One was straightforward but the other was a bit of a long winded nightmare. We had support and guidance throughout and it eventually completed. Thank you Fox Grant. Excellent service.

We cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough. We were dealing with Phil Howard from Salisbury who was absolutely brilliant. Phil from Fox Grant valued our house at much higher than other local estate agents: Wooley & Wallis and Symonds & Sampson and with Fox Grant we achieved a sale price way above what others were telling us to list it at.
So they were absolutely value for money.
Phil was always positive, informative and calm at moments of stress. William Grant was also a good source of knowledge and help.
Ten out of ten and thank you so much for guiding us through what is generally a very stressful process. I could not have asked for better estate agents - they were absolutely there for us every step of the way.

I didn't start off with Fox Grant as their valuation was below that of others but with few viewings and no takers I quickly realised that other agents had inflated the value to secure my custom. Having had no real interest I changed to Fox Grant and was looked after by Adam Field.
As well as being realistic as to value he was motivated and kept in regular contact with updates.
A very pleasant company to deal with and my property successfully sold.

We found Fox grant to be responsive and very willing to help our estate agent get things moving when they had slowed down owing further down the chain.

Received excellent service from Adam, well supported by the rest of the team. Kept informed throughout. Used a range of periodicals and local papers to promote our house sale which has been successfully concluded

Really good agent. Great communication, I would highly recommend.

Many thanks to Fox Grant Salisbury for the excellent service provided in the sale of our Dinton, Salisbury, Wiltshire property.

Adam Field provided a professional and reassuring service throughout the sale, maintaining regular and accurate information every step of the way.

The whole buy and sell experience would have been so much more stressful without Adams support.

I would strongly recommend using Fox Grant and especially Adam Field.

Yours sincerely.

Andy Downes.

Excellent estate agents, Friendly and approachable. Adam has been a pleasure to deal with all through the house purchase and has always returned e-mails/queries very quickly. I would highly recommend these agents.

Ours was an extremely difficult and protracted sale but Adam and the other staff at Fox Grant were always on hand to advise on every issue.

In the end we achieved a significantly better price than we expected after their comprehensive marketing identified several interested buyers.

I would highly recommend Fox Grant and can't imagine that any other agent could have done a better job for us.

Phil conducted the sale of our property excellently and we were very happy with the service.

. William, Phil & the team at Fox Grant have been extremely helpful and professional throughout our recent property sale and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling a country property.

Great communication, Phil Howard (my agent) always had time and kept me informed with a personal note. Not such an easy job as one thinks. Photography second to none for brochure.

What a fantastic service!! Liz really went over and above any other estate agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you

Helpful with sale of tricky property to market. Felt well advised at all stages.

Very pleased with Fox Grant. The process was managed very smoothly from start to finish, keeping me informed along the way and great photographs showed my house off very well.

My main reason for giving 5 * to Fox Grant is Adam Field, (although there's some very good admin. staff in his office too). He is intelligent, professional, listens, actually tries to understand clients, has integrity, honesty, a sense of humour that he keeps under control if you want him to, and goes the extra mile whether you're selling or buying. We've known him for 9 years (during which time we've bought and sold a few times) and have just sold our house through Fox Grant in Wiltshire. Adam found really good buyers, managed the sale brilliantly, and was always a pleasure to deal with, as usual. Would I use them again? Absolutely. And there's no other estate agent I'd say that about.

Excellent service from Adam from first viewing to hand over of keys after completion

I am so pleased that I chose Fox Grant to be my Estate Agent. The whole team were always professional, courteous, efficient and considerate, and they achieved a very good result in my property sale. Nothing was too much trouble, I cannot speak too highly of this Estate Agent, and recommend them with confidence. Simply the best in the west! J.J. Somerset.

All the team at fox grant were friendly and efficient. Adam made the process of buying our farm very easy and was quick to deal with any issue that arose. He was always available to speak to and was really helpful.
I would recommend fox grant to anyone. Thanks guys

Very impressed by Fox Grant. We've just bought a fabulous house through them & they made the whole process as straight-forward as it can ever be. Very friendly, accessible, efficient & helpful - answering all sorts of random questions from us - but without ever being pushy, unlike many other agents ...

We'd happily use them again. Highly recommended.
