I was told FOW were difficult to work with when it came to aftercare!
They have been totally fantastic!!! Kady our aftersales representative was fantastic! we didnt have time to officially book in, due to going on holiday within a couple of days! But that wasnt a problem Kady accomodated us amazingly!
The problem was then diagnosed by Brad who literally wouldnt let the car out of his hands untill it was 100% sorted!
FOW provided a courtesy car to tie us over! Brilliant service!
Highly recommend FOW and are really grateful that Kady and Brad were our FOW Representatives! Thanks guys!!

Called up multiple times, when you get through to sales they put the phone down straight away. Finally got through to Megan and she decided to put the phone down when i was ‘going on hold’. Happy to take your money but don’t want to answer any questions. Stay away from this company.

At your own Risk
collected vehicle Saturday 26th Sept as arranged after previously travelling , viewing and placing deposit. Transferred the £20k and heading home and 40 mile into journey engine light and reduced power / limp mode. After 25 minutes on telephone , speaking firstly to Alex and then Nathan ( Team Leader ) it was made clear that I need to arrange my own recovery from the side of the M6 some 40 minutes after recieving the vehicle. Customer team will call myself Monday ..... well it is now 1pm Monday and no call . Vehicle now being organised by myself for recovery to main dealer and will also have to involve my solicitor . Obviously 20k is not enough custom to value you . We will not be returning to view R5 EV as discussed .

We completely understand how concerning and frustrating it must have been to experience an engine warning light and reduced power only around 40 miles into your journey. We're also sorry that you were disappointed with the support and communication you received afterwards, including not receiving the expected call within the timeframe you anticipated.
Where a vehicle develops a fault shortly after purchase, our Aftersales team will work with the customer to establish the fault and determine the appropriate next steps. We appreciate that, given how quickly this occurred after collection, you expected the process and communication to be as straightforward as possible.
We're disappointed that this experience has affected your confidence in FOW and has also resulted in you deciding not to return regarding the other vehicle you were considering.

Great experience would highly recommend.
Just collected our car which we purcahsed from FOW was a great experience, we dealt with Alex Evans and he was fabulous got everything sorted out for is with no issues the service was just excellent. We didn't get mithered by staff we were able to look around and see as many cars as we liked before sitting down with Alex and going through everything. Very quick easy and effiecient. Would highly recommend.

Just picked up my new mini , fabulous experience end to end. No pressure sales a lot of dealerships could learn a lot from fow. Cars are really well prepped and the process is transparent. This is the second car we have bought…
This is the second car we have bought from FOW.
We were given a layout of the cars available and left to walk around looking at the cars, we chose a few and went back to the office, we were given the keys to sit in and look over the cars. When we made our decision the process was easy, we collected the car the following day.
Everyone was friendly, polite and very helpful.
I would definitely recommend FOW to family and friends.

Process is good. Service has work to do
I have used FOW before, I like the ease of the browsing process and collecting keys to look inside.
On my recent visit as part of my sales agreement the car was to be fully fuelled on collection. I spoke to a sales advisor to confirm the date and time of collection, they did not advise at this point that the onsite fuel pump was 'broken'. When collecting the car I mentioned the lack of fuel and was advised I would need to fill it and send a receipt due to the 'broken' pump. A little inconvenient but I agreed. I have now waited over a week for the agreed upon refund without any correspondence from FOW to even acknowledge the inconvenience or receipt. I have however had 3 emails, I understand they are scheduled by a system, asking for a review.
In short, the process of looking is good. The service is poor.

While we appreciate that equipment can occasionally be unavailable, this should have been communicated to you before collection where possible. More importantly, once you had purchased the fuel and provided the requested receipt, the reimbursement should have been dealt with promptly and you should not have been left without an update.
We completely understand the frustration of receiving automated review requests while still waiting for an agreed reimbursement to be processed, and we're sorry for the impression this has left.
