I had the absolute pleasure of working with Charlie Morton from Folio. From start to finish, Charlie was professional, attentive and genuinely committed to helping me every step of the way. He kept me well informed, answered all of my questions with patience and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

His knowledge, communication and dedication truly stand out and it’s clear he really cares about delivering the best outcome for his clients. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a negotiator who provides outstanding service — he is a real credit to Folio!

Extremely professional and speedy process from contacting Folio regarding a viewing all the way to signing a tenancy agreement! I was impressed with my agent Francis' quick response times to my messages which is rare in estate agency unfortunately! Thanks Folio and big thanks to Francis

After months of searching for properties to move into and being let down by multiple landlords. Charlotte from Folio London came in and saved the day and we moved into our beautiful property just a few weeks later. 10/10 from Charlotte with everything she did for us, I highly recommend folio.

I had a viewing of a flat with Kornelia who was very helpful from the first moment and very supportive with all the documentation. Appreciate the help for renting a flat. Thank you!

Charlie Morton has made our experience of finding our next home the least stressful experience I’ve ever had.
I’ve worked as a head of lettings before, and I can honestly say that Folio has found a good one with Charlie. He’s professional, responsive, and really informative, as well as taking in to account our needs and circumstances. He’s also managed to provide us a home that suits us and where we don’t have to compromise with our cats, and that is a top quality to have in an agent, so Folio have really hit the mark with this standard of estate agency.
If you ever get the chance to rent through Folio, grab it!
Thanks for all your hard work Charlie!
