Extremely disappointing experience with FNP.
I ordered a cake and flowers for my grandmother’s birthday from UAE, trusting FNP to deliver on time for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered at all—even after the birthday passed.
I kept tracking the order and chatting with the chatbot, but there was no proper update or resolution. Because I believed the delivery would happen, I didn’t even call my grandmother to wish her, planning to speak once the surprise was delivered. The day passed, the surprise was ruined, and the emotional damage cannot be explained.
This wasn’t just a product—it was about emotions and trust. FNP failed completely on both service and responsibility. Next day when i spoke with a customer service she informed they will arrange ASAP ,after sometime i received a mail ,order got cancelled .
I would not recommend FNP for anyone ,very bad service provider

Everything went wrong because of this useless people. They are liars. They say they delivered when item was not even shipped. Don’t believe them. There are many other local suppliers who can do a better job

I ordered a cake and flowers for a special birthday surprise and made sure to provide the correct restaurant address. I was physically present at the location, waiting — yet the order was never delivered.
Their excuse was that the “recipient was unreachable,” which is completely false. I was there the entire time, and no one called me. This could have been easily resolved with a simple phone call.
What made it worse:
They completely missed the promised delivery time
No effort to contact the sender
Customer service kept repeating the same excuses
They refused to cancel or refund
Offered redelivery at midnight or the next day, which is unacceptable for a time-sensitive occasion
This completely ruined a birthday surprise.
Very poor service, lack of accountability, and no proper customer support. I would not recommend using them if you expect reliability.
Still waiting for a proper resolution and refund.

There was an issue with paying my order online and Rhoby was proactive in calling me and assisted with sending a payment link and apologised for the issue.

Deflated balloons, poor customization, and shockingly bad customer service
Ordered customised balloons for a late-evening delivery (BD surprise early next morning), only to wake up and find half of the balloons deflated on the floor. For a company selling celebration setups, that alone is bad enough — but unfortunately, it wasn’t the only issue.
Multiple balloons had my husband’s name spelled incorrectly, & custom stickers were badly attached / peeling.
What made the experience even worse was the response from customer service. Leo was completely unapologetic, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. His response was: the balloons “normally last 8 hours” -which, for everyone’s info, is not stated anywhere on their website.
This was meant to be a special birthday moment, and instead it was major let down.
If you’re ordering for anything important for your special moment, I would strongly think twice.

They always charge extra money for fixed delivery time and never delivers on time.
Then why to ask for more money

U know,If you're feeling stuck or unsure, maybe it's time to take a deep breath and remind yourself that it's okay to trust, even when doubt's knocking on your door 😅 bcoz sometimes life throws you curveballs, and doubt creeps in. But here's the thing, trusting someone or something doesn't mean you have to have all the answers. It means you're willing to take a leap, even when things feel a little uncertain. 🤗
