My mother wanted to surprise me with flowers , they called me ( and I’m the receiver ) to say they don’t have the flower ( type selected and when asked to cancel he said that we already sent, I asked how you send alternative of your choice without confirming with sender , and you called the receiver to inform that so he said I can’t cancel that they dispatched the order without approval on the flower type change , so I don’t even know why he called if he already took the decision on behalf of the sender

I ordered BD flowers on the website and had not noticed that the payment did not go through (it was late at night). Next day FNP team member Aina reminded me and took care of the order, with delivery on the following day. Thank you Aina, you saved my day and will make my friend’s birthday!!

Seamless process of ordering. Aina was really helpful and assisted me with the checkout and discount code.

I can’t give less than 1 star, so I’m forced to give one. I ordered a cake for my son and requested delivery to his school at 9 AM. Everything was already arranged at the school, but at 9 AM I received a call saying the cake had been damaged and that they were preparing a new one to be delivered by 1 PM.
This is a very poor response from the team, and it clearly shows a lack of seriousness about what they are delivering. This isn’t just regular food that can be skipped—it’s for a special occasion. Unfortunately, they seem to have no understanding of that. please don't order from these people.

Aina made by day by contacting me and letting me know of a pending discount voucher that I am eligible to as an returning customer. She is fast and clear so I know she is truly from FNP without me having any doubts. Appreciate this Aina

In April 2, made an order for flowers and a cake. Half of the cake was melted, and the delivery driver left before I had a chance to check the product. I called FNP, but the agent was not very accommodating. He mentioned that the same chocolate cake was not available and that the earliest replacement delivery would be between 10:30–11:00 pm. The cake didn't arrive. I waited from 8pm till 11:30pm and when I sent a Whatsapp message, he said that the order didn't registered in the system. The agent, Aryan, offered a partial refund which I didn't agree to a partial refund since they made me wait and I couldn't gift this to my friend. The next morning again He offered another bouquet of flower and chocolates as a gesture of goodwill. He said it would be delivered today between 17:00-23:00 again the flowers and chocolates were NOT delivered. When I called a second time they only offered a partial refund for the damaged cake. But what about the time you made me loose waiting for the delivery that never arrived? So unprofessional and not good customer service!

Aina has helped me through my payment when I had problem with the website. She also assisted me through all the way until the payment page & got me a discounted price.
