Ordered the garden tool store. Really solid and very well made. (We also ordered some self levelling feet online and screwed them to the base as we had to place the store on very uneven ground. Great company, great products and their delivery is second to none. I'm a fairly new customer having just started to keep chickens, I have now received 2 orders from FSF and have had no issues, delivery has been next day and they use DPD - what more can you ask for!! Their own brand products are brilliant with a reasonable price tag (long may that last) and I tend to go for these over other brands. I will be a regular customer from now on, 10 out of 10.

I bought the largest protection pen and jungle gym, together with the polycarbonate roof and fox proof skirting this summer after a fox broke into my old chicken run. I'm also plagued with buzzards and red kites here, so needed the roof. The pen has been a lifesaver (literally). Whilst out working, I can leave my pet chickens in the run knowing they'll be safe. I've come back a couple of times to holes dug by determined foxes near the mating tunnel, but none have been able to get through thanks to the mesh skirting. I've compensated by putting pavers down and this seems to have stopped the issue. They haven't tried this elsewhere, so I think the skirting really does work.

Flyte so Fancy offer a very professional service. They worked with me to manufacturer a bespoke mating tunnel to fit my old, large coop (at no extra cost), and were particularly helpful re. delivery (I live in an awkward-to-reach rural location).

The only cons are of my own making. E.g. the roof is not very waterproof, but I didn't do the best job putting it up as there was only myself and one other helper, neither the most competent! I recommend using the sealant provided from the get-go and getting several friends/neighbours to help with the build. I've compensated by putting clear heavy duty tarpaulins over the roof in strategic places, which are doing the trick. The build was not the easiest - the sheer weight of the individual pieces and the fact I built most of it by myself made it a struggle. I think with a team on the job it would be very straightforward. Instructions were clear and simple to follow and I was still able to complete the whole 9x24ft run over the course of two days.

Besides the pen, I regularly buy my hemp bedding from this company (latest bale was last week). It's an excellent product, goes a long way so works out to be very affordable, and it keeps the coop fresher than anything else I've tried. I use a deep litter method so need something absorbent - this is better than woodchip, straw, etc. Delivery is very fast (2-3 days usually). I've also bought extra bits and pieces, and again always impressed by the service. Overall, a 5* company.

Have placed two orders now with Flyte So Fancy and I am so impressed with their service. They kept me informed on the availability of one of their water dispensers for chickens which was out of stock, so I could buy a new one once back in stock. The delivery is so quick, first order I placed earlier this year arrived the next day, the second I placed more recently took only two days. Will not hesitate to buy from here again!

Delivered flatpack on a pallet, easy to assemble and a really solid and very well made hen house. Although expensive, it's worth the money. Ordered the protective woodstain too and the finish was excellent. My chickens love their new home. Recommended.

I have just received and put together the wooden commercial bin store for 1100l bins and I just want to say what a truly fabulous company this is. I rang initially to discuss a delivery date and I was able to pick the day I wanted - I received a phone call a few days ago just to confirm the delivery date was still okay and any special instructions for the delivery drivers etc. I received notification of despatch also via email - amazing service and the quality of the bin shed is excellent - easy to put together and full instructions included and even a screwdriver head was included for my electric screwdriver. AMAZING service guys WELL DONE! I would recommend this company to anyone!

They delivered so fast and the items are great. Less than 24 hours for delivery for some poultry drinkers. I was able to choose the drinkers that I needed with the help of their video which was really useful. Thank you. Will no doubt use company again.

Just wanted to share my experience with flyte so fancy...a site I stumbled upon whilst googling poultry supplies.... I emailed them to ask if they sold just a run door.... got a reply the next day saying if I gave them details of size, they could see what they could do. They responded to my specifications the next day, and asked me to call if I wanted to proceed. I rang and had a conversation with a lovely member of staff, who was very helpful. Delivery arrangements were communicated frequently and accurately, and the door was a price I doubt I could have made myself... especially as I'm a bit rubbish at that sort of stuff! Highly recommend!

Placed a few orders within a few days and they all came super quick. The hens love to scratch in the new hard wood chip on the floor and the scaly leg spray and ointment has worked super quick! Within 3 applications 5 days apart the legs are looking almost back to normal! They reply really quick to any messages/queries and I love the advice videos that Phil does! Really helpful. Thank you!

Quite superb service. We sent in a very old VSB (10yrs +) unit on a Mon, could not fix, knocked the service price off a new unit which arrived next day, fully set up with timer etc. and very easy to understand manual.
